cleaned dryer vent and did it well. Our only hesitation about the service is that the outdoor vent was left unattached. We called and they apologized and are sending someone to do it as soon as possible. We believe them, as otherwise their work was very professional.

We recently moved into a new (50 year old) home, which had two lovely gas fireplaces in the upstairs area, one facing the dining room and the other facing the living room. Neither worked. Jason from AAA Anderson's did a marvelous job of cleaning them and getting them working beautifully. Then, he offered to clean the chimney to the basement wood fireplace, for half off since he was already there (yes, the house has a third fireplace, part of the reason we fell in love with it in the first place). He was a joy to work with, punctual, professional, pleasant and very thorough. We'll be calling AAA Anderson to service our three fireplaces from here on out.

They found two dead mice behind the fridge and swept those up too so I did not have to do it! They checked the dishwasher and cleaned the hoses. I thought that might make it run better because it was not getting dishes very clean. It did not make it run better but I discovered later it was the type of dishwasher liquid I was using - it didn't work!

Very well, the guys did a nice job. The amount of communication could improve from contractor to customer, I never even received a confirmation call the day before making sure the scheduled appointment would still work. They are very busy this time of year so my appointment was over three weeks out and anything can happen in that time frame. Overall a very good company in the end.

They came early and performed the work fine so far as i can tell. I think the price was fair, but only because I supposedly got "a deal". It only took about 15 minutes. "Full price" would be a rip off, but maybe nobody ever really pays that, but those sort of pricing policies make me less than happy.

Service person was friendly and got to work immediately. However, he left the kitchen/mud room/laundry room floor in need of scrubbing from going in and out of the house to a snowy exterior. He took off his shoes, but his jeans dragged snow and slush all over the flooring. Also, he left great globs of lint all over the patio in front of the door. Otherwise, the service was good and thorough (dryer vent cleaning)

We bought an Angie's List deal for duct cleaning and then setup a date for it. They were a month out, so we waited and then they came on the day that was setup. They arrived on time and the whole process did not take very long. They suggested we also have our air-to-air exchanger ducts cleaned too, so we added that on for another $50. After they finished, we did notice a reduction in how much dust is covering things. Our house was just built in the last year and we were having issues with things getting covered with dust, likely due to the drywall work at construction time. These guys cleaned that up and it did make a nice improvement. They did forget to put the furnace back together all the way when they finished, but I called and they were still close by and came back and did that too. Overall we were pleased with their service.

Cleaned gas log fireplace and logs. Put it all back together and even did some troubleshooting of my fireplace remote control.

Awesome! The 2-man team was punctual, professional, and courteous. They took their shoes off at the door and asked if it'd be okay to prop the door open to run a hose outside. They cleaned the dust away from under the fridge without making a mess (awesome) and since I was having a problem with my freezer, they provided an estimate to fix it. They took my serial number of the fridge so if I need them to come back for the work- they have the info they need. They were not pushy to get me to buy extra stuff. They seemed very knowledgeable.

It helped me so much as I would not have known what to do or that it even could be cleaned on the inside. I knew it was awfully dirty on the outside. At any price, the experience was excellent.

We understand, usually there is one. They came in, removed and cleaned the glass, vacuumed the inside out and were gone in about 10 minutes. It seemed fast but everything looks fine. I'm not sure what else they could or would do.

Jason was great. He came during the scheduled time. He called to let me know he would be at my home in 30 minutes. He did a thorough job. I would do business with this company again.

We purchased a Big Deal for air duct cleaning. The scheduling and appointment went well. They were punctual and did a good job. They were clean, caused minimum disruption (they do have to cut into the duct to do the vacuuming), and cleaned up after their work.

We recently moved into a new house in which the former residents had cats, causing allergy issues. We thought we'd try having the vents cleaned to see if it would help. It did! The technicians came on time and were friendly and knowledgeable. Who knew it could be fun to have your vents cleaned out!?!

They cleaned and tested our gas fireplace. Arrive on time, worked efficiently, and took proper precautions to avoid making a mess.

Not sure this deal was worth it. All they did was vacuum the dust bunnies out from underneath and behind the fridge, run the dishwasher empty and put something down the disposal to make it smell nice. Pretty sure I could have done that all myself for a lot less money. I thought they would diagnose my appliances or at least tell me that my fridge filter needed changing (which it did but they didn't notice). I would probably use their service to repair a machine because they were on time and courteous, but in terms of this special, I thought it was a waste of money.

This worked out fine. The work was done well and I had no issues with the work. Getting the appointment set up was easy. The technician showed up on time and called while he was on his way. You could not even tell they were there since they cleaned up so well after the work. Overall, this was a good experience.
