Air duct cleaning for $167 |and I paid another $75 for dryer cleaning |I cannot see visually how clean the air duct is but they did it in a quick and professional way

The workman arrived on time, was pleasant and professional, and performed the job of cleaning a lot of lint out of my dryer vent as expected. I purchased the service through a special deal on Angie's List, so the cost was very reasonable.

It turned out good. The reason I bought it, the fireplace was not working. I did not realized that the deal was for a clean-up. I thought that he would be able to fix the switch. He did clean up the fire place, confirmed that it is the switch, but did not have the time to deal with the switch. I am not thrilled, it would have been nice if he had finished the job. He said that he would let his person know to re-schedule and they would call me back and that never happened. I am happy to fix the switch myself, because he did confirm that. He did give me additional information so that I can take care of it. He had a vacuum and spread a tarp out, cleaned it up and cleaned the glass. I was a little disappointed that he did not deal with the switch. He did do what was on the deal. They were timely and the guy was pleasant and knowledgeable. He would have been able to deal with the switch if he had had one. They did call ahead to let me know that he was coming. The price was a little spendy just for cleaning. The quality of service was fine. It is hard to find someone who knows anything about gas fireplaces, so I would consider using them again.

They told me that I had to replace the garbage disposal. They had to come back to do that and 2 workers came out. The offer of the deal was good, but I did have to pay more for the garbage disposal. Scheduling was fine.

They did a very nice job; they were on time, efficient, directly and completely answered the questions I had and did a quality job. I am very satisfied with the job

The service team arrived on time and were very friendly. From what I could tell they did a good job overall, although it still gets dusty pretty fast in the master bedroom/master bath so I don't know if something was missed there. We had the master bath completely remodeled prior to this service so maybe some extra attention needed to occur with those vents. I was happy to purchase the chimney cleaning add-on while they were hear as we had never had that done, so I didn't mind that upsell.

Great job! 20+ year old gas fireplace. Don't think it had ever been cleaned before we moved in. They did a great job of cleaning as much of it as possible. Prompt and courteous service.

Cleaned and sealed floor tiles in kitchen. Also removed two 12" broken tiles and reset, glued, grouted and resealed with two new tiles that we already had. Israel did a fantastic job!

The two man crew arrived between the stated time slot. They lay out a tarp to keep the surrounding area clean while they clean the fireplace and the glass. They were knowledgeable and were experience at working with gas fireplaces.

It went really well. Not having had a gas fireplace in the past they showed me how to use it! We had just finished a big renovation and it was very important to get a good cleaning and they did!

They were very professional. They came in and did it quickly. They cleaned up well and did what they said they were going to do. Two technicians came out and it took them about 20-25 minutes.

It went well and was happy with the results. However I was under the impression that each vent would be removed and cleaned which was not done. However, the results still seemed satisfactory.

hey also cleared out our dryer vents for us at an additional charge (we suspected that the vents in this house hadn't been cleaned before we got here, and based on the amount that was cleared out, suspect we were right).

I hired someone else and they had done the service before I got a message from these folks regarding the deal.

They did a great job. We could actually tell there was less dust in the air after cleaning. They also cleaned the air exchanger and furnace filters. Very pleased with their work!

My wife said that because of the system they used she thought they kicked a lot of dust around the house. I paid them a little extra to do the dryer vent which I thought was actually part of the original package but apparently it wasn't. From what I could tell and what I have seen so far since then is they gave me a pretty good price and so I am okay with it. I thought that they were okay, no problems.

I was so impressed with the 2 guys who did the work. They have their routine, so they were in and out in an hour. They showed me the before air ducts and explained how they clean them. Then they showed me one that was cleaned. What a difference! When they asked me how often I clean the air exchanger filters, I told them I didn't know how to work that and the previous owner never used it... probably because it was so dirty! He offered to clean it for a small additional fee, so I jumped at the offer. He came upstairs and turned the exchanger on and explained how to keep it clean and working. The dryer vent was so dirty, so I feel better now that everything is cleaned! This was well worth the money since I know I have less dust in the air!

We had a good experience with this company. They went above and beyond to help us. Gave us some extra information regarding home repair along with it.

They were not, however effective for small repairs.

Serviced gas fireplace insert. Great. They covered the carpet, cleaned everything, and replaced vermiculite. Nice guys. Good job.
