Everything went fine. All vents but one were cleaned (one was missed). They showed up on time and did a good job overall.

I called to schedule the appointment and found the first available slot was 2 months out. This did not meet my needs. They suggested I request a refund via Angie's List, and it was all speedily taken care of.

They didn’t read the notes, we asked them to call a different number then what was listed on the account and they never did that.

The fireplace is working great and we were very pleased. I would also like to commend AAA Anderson for their excellent custoemr service.

We purchased a Big Deal to have our home's air ducts cleaned. AAA Anderson's was quick to respond to our scheduling request and was able to schedule the service within a week of our initial call. When they arrived, the crew was friendly, quick, respectful of our home (i.e., they were cautious about shoes, cleaning up, and taking care of vents, walls, and walkways). They made excellent suggestions of ways we can maximize airflow to some parts of our home that were cold and did so without trying to "upsell" their products. I could tell they were experts in their field and they had a friendly customer service approach. They did a bang-up job and I'll definitely use them again and refer them when a friend needs their service.

They are a small business and very personable and responsive.

AAA was responsive in scheduling the service. On the day of the service call, they called 15 minuted before arriving to say they were on their way which I appreciated. The crew arrived within the allotted 2-hour time window and completed the work efficiently. The crew answered all of my questions about using and caring for our gas fireplace. A dropcloth was used so that no debris was left behind. I would use this company again for the fireplaces and consider them for cleaning and servicing our washer and dryer.

The two gentlemen showed up on time and explained exactly what they were going to do with the fireplace and with the ducts. They were respectful of the fact that it was extremely cold outside and tried to complete the duct cleaning as quickly as possible. While cleaning the ducts, I was informed that my dryer duct hadn't been cleaned in 6 years so they also offered to clean it (for an additional fee) which I agreed to. After cleaning and inspecting my fireplace, they found that the remote and blower weren't working properly and they tried to fix it which I greatly appreciate (and that was not what they were there for - they were there to clean and inspect it.) They tried to solve the issue but when they couldn't, they recommended another company which I appreciated. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them.

The guys cleaned the vents and air ducts as requested. Durning the visit they noticed that the dryer and hot water tank needed cleaning and they were able to clean them during the visit. They did a great job.

During their visit, they never removed a vent, they used a little air hose and blew air into the vent. There was a lot of banging in the basement and when they left, they did not turn on the furnace. We were told we would receive an email confirmation of the services performed, that has never arrived. When we turned the furnace on, it started making a grinding noise. We turned it off and back on and the noise when away. The noise however kept coming back over the next days. It was New Years week and we knew we would not get anyone to come back and by the time it got really bad it was New Years Day. On Thursday, the grinding would not stop. We left a message on AAA's voice mail telling them what was happening and asking for a call ASAP. Their office was closed the day after New Years - we had no other contact number. We finally turned the furnace off for a couple of hours to see if that would help. When we tried to turn it back on, it would not start. We called Center Point. They came out and were there from about 9:00 p.m. until 1:30 a.m. They had to replace the motor on the furnace - that is what was grinding. They also told us we needed to replace the furnace soon, as the motor they put in would keep it running but not efficiently. Pretty costly for an duct cleaning coupon. AAA has never responded to the voice mail we left for them over a week ago - not to see if the problem got resolved or anything else.

They cleaned a bunch of dirt and debris out of our vent. The house smelled freasher when they were done.

They were very polite and on time. got to work right away cleaned all the vents with a vacumn and were done. Fine job. I would hire again with a coupon.

The fireplace is particular was well worth it. He opened up the unit, completely cleaned all of the dust in the lower section, the fireplace glass, replaced all of the glowing embers, cleaned the logs. It looked brand new when they were finished.

We couldn't be happier with the service. We just moved in and got the Vent Cleaning service and now we have clean vents, and they are much quieter as they were able to tighten everything up. The team also noticed that our dryer had been improperly hooked up and that we were close to a dryer fire, so relieved they caught that. Great service, my wife was very pleased with the guys on site.

It was okay. They did a good job on that. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount.

The service was okay. I did not spend any more than what I had purchased the big deal for. The guy who came out listed the service, came, did it and that was it. He called out and I had another issue with my wiring and he just said, "Call an electrician." I was like, "Okay, whatever. Thanks for helping out." The price of the service was fine and he was on time. I would use him again for the same service in the future.

They were on time, very professional, and very friendly. They were happy to answer our questions and even showed us how much dirt they collected from the vents so we could see the results! We will definitely use them again next time we get our vents cleaned!

The team was running late, so they arrived just after the time window I was given ahead of time. This was largely driven by weather issues, but it was still very inconvenient as I had to reschedule around the delay. Possibly due to the time constraints, the team seemed to be operating in a rush. The entire job was done in 25 minutes and just did not seem that thorough. When they left there were boot prints all over the floor/carpet in the area they were working that I had to clean up. The team itself was very friendly and pleasant, and seemed very professional. Just very rushed.
