It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. I didn't pay any additional. The people were good. They got here on time. They did a good job.

Both Kim and John were extremely professional. I called on Friday and John was able to come over first thing Monday morning to take a look. He explained what he was doing and what he found (a dirty part that needed cleaning, which he did) and all is good now. Which is a good thing, because today in Minnesota it's -11 with a wind chill of -33.

Cleaning was thorough and met expectations. A couple of minor suggestions that would have made this a straight A experience were: 1. They didn't tighten all vent covers back to the way they were. 2. They opened some vent work right above the furnace and left the opening unsealed. This was an existing hatch secured with 4 sheet metal screws and could have been put back together in about 3 minutes. I would still recommend the company, but these little details are the difference between good and great.

Everything went well. Only negative is they needed a couple weeks before they could come, but that was explained upfront.

They were very professional, and courteous. They cleaned the duct work and were careful to clean up after themselves. They did show me a pile of dust the blew out, so I trust the ducts are cleaner. ||I was hoping that cleaning the ducts would help reduce the dust in the house, but it doesn't seem to be much different.

I spoke with the service provider and they stated that this deal didn't meet my job needs. They suggested that I contact Angie's List to seek a refund. They were very nice and helpful. I appreciated their honesty about the job.

The dryer is 10 years old at least and the venting has never been cleaned out. It was time and the job was done timely.

It was very nice to work with AAA Anderson?s. First of all it was a great price offered through Angie?s List. They were very accommodating in setting up a date and time. We had to call and change dates because of some construction continuing in our house and they were great to work with. When the time came for the Duct cleaning they showed up right on time. The workers were very polite and did a thorough job. I recommend them and would definitely us them again.

They were timely in their arrival and completed job to our satisfaction. Courteous and friendly as well.

Service guys showed up right on time and worked quickly. They provided cloth covers for the carpeting and cleaned up before they left. Would hire them again in the future.

Had a lot of struggles with setting up an appointment. Called multiple times, but rarely did anyone answer the phone. Messages were returned once, but never any additional follow up. Contractor smelled like cigarette smoke and had to put air fresheners in basement to get rid of smell. Contract was friendly and helpful otherwise.

Great, showed up on time, quickly went to work and finished without any kind of mess. Went out of their way to address the crack.

Our experience with AAA Anderson's was great. Our gas dryer was not working properly; it would tumble, but would not generate heat. Scheduling with AAA Anderson's was a breeze. They returned my call promptly, scheduled and appointment within a very reasonable time frame, arrived when expected, and repaired our dryer on the first visit at a reasonable cost. We would not hesitate to call them in the future.

He couldn't do anything about it and now I have a $250 house call from Fireside who I should have just called in the first place. I wasted money on this big deal.

I thought they were going to do a check up, since it wasn't working well. However, they only cleaned the fireplace. They left a mess behind. There were crystals from the fireplace on the floor after they cleaned - and I have a 16 mo. old, who walks. I was a little upset that they were careless -- perhaps wanting to get in and out. They were friendly, and worked efficiently. The fireplace did look nice after they left.

They did a good job. They cleaned up afterwards and explained to me what I needed to do moving forward.

WATER HEATER RECONDITIONING: Anderson techs are trained well to keep an eye out for other in-home cleaning jobs. In fact, they had the door off my furnace before even addressing the $79 offer I had purchased to recondition my water heater. I gave in to their suggestion to change the furnace filter and vacuum the box of my aging furnace because it's a job I detest (I'd rather handle snakes and hang rats than replace the filter which was 3 months overdue due to remodeling projects). For me, the $50 extra was worth watching them suffer with the hammock filter. But when they gravitated toward my fireplace, I had to lead them back to the task at hand ? the water heater. I thought the deal included draining the water heater which was the sole reason I had purchased the deal, but they said no. I no longer have the specs on the offer so I can't honestly give them a lower grade in this review. That said, the two techs (Matt and Jesse) were two of the nicest servicemen I have ever had in my house. They were very friendly and accommodating and respectful of the home and my pet. On the day of the service call, they called 15 minutes before their arrival to say they were on their way which I appreciated. What impressed me most was their offer to travel to the local hardware for a fuse that they had blown while they were here. They didn't want to leave not knowing if the furnace was working properly. I also have to commend the office of the company. My calls never resulted in an answering machine. And although they failed to call me back with an answer to my question (the owner was reportedly on vacation during Dec-Jan), when I called again to remind them of my question, they were very apologetic and extremely accommodating.

When they have these deals, it takes them a while to get out to people - they get flooded. They worked out real well however. The techs were on time, came when they said they would, and I'll hire them again. I thought their company was very honest.

I called, I made an appointment. They were punctual and thorough. Their pricing was competitive and they did a lovely job. They work Saturdays, too.
