The cleaning went smoothly. Seeing the debris in the ducts was startling, but they took things apart and got it out. When they explained what having dust crammed in the back my dryer can do (burn holes in clothes), I realized this had already happened and figured I would spend the money and get the job done right. Next time I probably will vacuum out the dryer myself, but they did good work and there was probably a good pound or more of dust clumping in the dryer. The whole operation took less than an hour.

It went fine. They seemed conscientious and worked quickly but efficiently. I guess it's hard to know if the job will make a difference in the house but we had lots of dust in all the vents so it seems likely.

First let me say that AAA did a great job cleaning my fireplace - it looks great. However it still didn't work. I had expected that AAA would be able to repair my fireplace in addition to the cleaning. (I had given a heads up to them that my Lennox fireplace didn't work) This was not the case and I had to hire another person to come and fix my fireplace for $189 plus parts.

The service was wonderful! they called in advance and were right in the anticipated timline. They were friendly, efficient and very respectful. Could not have asked for better service.

The gentlemen that performed the service were quick, clean and thorough. They were also very knowledgable and personable. Overall, a really great experience.

We paid additional to have them clean out our dryer and dryer vents. The service was good. Scheduling was quick and they were out within a couple of weeks of my call.

From the moment I purchased the deal AAA Anderson was great about contacting me quickly to schedule the service with a time that worked from me. I am in Minnesota and the time we had set up was in the middle of a below 0 cold snap that would have impacted the team's ability to perform the service. Kim called me to apologize to which I understood and then she was extremely open to me figuring out a time it worked. The team showed up right on time at the beginning of the appointment window, effectively cleaned out the fireplace and ensured it was in working order. I can actually enjoy the fireplace without any issues!

Great service. Showed up on time and were helpful and courteous. In and out quickly, and left no mess behind. Fireplace is ready to go.

The service provider was very friendly and very responsive and I will use them for a future repair. The reason I am asking for a refund is that the problem I had with the appliance appears to be fixed. Even though I did not have the provider make any repairs I was very impressed with their communication and responsiveness.

They are simply the best. Punctual, precise in their diagnostics and work for a fair price.

They ordered some expensive parts, but when that didn't fix the problem, they didn't charge me for them.

The service was adequate but I had the feeling they rushed through the job. Also, they did miss one vent that was located behind a door.

It went okay. I thought maybe he would have done a little bit more than he did. I think it was worth the $99, but I would have thought there was just a little bit more that would have been done. I thought the artificial log could have been taken out and then cleaned behind them, and the actual burners soft cleaned. Basically, what he did was took an air hose and blew things out. He did not remove anything. It was satisfactory, but I do not know if I would hire him again to do that. I could probably do that myself.

I got an estimate from AAA Anderson's Appliance Repair & Cleaning Service and it was pretty expensive, so I told them I wasn't sure whether I was going to go ahead with it, but I never heard from them after that. The person who came out was very nice, but they said they couldn't just buy a new vent and that I had to buy a whole new stove. It was kind of an odd experience.

We've never had this done before, so we didn't have any prior experiences to go on, but it seemed like their procedure wouldn't really get our vents clean. And it's not like they used any cameras afterwards to inspect the vents to make sure they got out all the dust, debris, etc...They were on time and worked fast, but I would rather know that they were thorough, even if it meant taking longer. And it would have been nice for them to fun fiber optic cams through the vents to make sure they were actually clean. I suppose you get what you pay for.

The first time they came to install, they unwrapped the A/C unit and it was crushed in on one side. We could not use that one, so we had to reschedule an install date. They tried real hard to get us back in asap and the second time around all went fine.
