Technician was prompt and professional. Cleaned fireplace and answered all of my questions (just moved into house in July and had several questions on items in users manual. Helped explore possible reasons for fireplace going out. This had been an intermittent problem. Fireplace cooperated by acting strange and going out while the tech was here. Admitted that he had never seen the particular symptoms before. Between us, we did several things that could have been the source of the problem. The fireplace was working properly when he left. He recommended that, if the problem should reappear that we contact a company that does installations of the particular brand of fireplace that we have. There have been no problems with the fireplace going out so something that we did while he was here obviously solved the problem. So I think that I know what was causing the problem and it shouldn't be a problem in the future. I would use this company again for fireplace cleaning. If it were an actual failure, I would probably call a company that actually handles the brand of fireplace that we have so that they would be more familiar with the particulars of this brand.

They were fantastic. They did such a good job that I want to use them exclusively for any service that they provide. They gave us a magnet and that remains on our refrigerator along with only one other from our favorite pizza place. They did a second repair to a knob on a drawer underneath the oven. We had never been able to use that and they did that repair at no charge. I have a need to call them now and I will definitely do that.

I think they did a great job and we were able to see just how dirty the vents were and then how clean they were after the job was complete. HUGE difference and well worth their asking rate!

Overall, good service and very nice crew. I gave them a "B" because they were unable to make the time I originally scheduled months prior. They called me the day of the appointment and said they would be several hours late. I'd planned my day around this appointment so it was difficult to deal with and no longer worked for me so I rescheduled. There was a fair amount of debris left on the floor in several areas from the cleaning. My 2 recommendations to them would be to ensure that they properly clean all the vent areas where debris from the vents collect after their cleaning as this should be part of their service for the price I paid. Secondly, call the day prior to an appointment if you don't think you'll be able to make it to the customer's home to avoid complications.

The service was good. It did take a couple of weeks to schedule because they were booked. They offered to put us on the cancellation list and would call us if someone cancelled. We were able to get an appointment, but there was a big snow storm and we had to re schedule. The woman communicated well and we understood. My mother said the men were nice and respectful. I have no complaints and the price was cheaper than another provider I used.

The service AAA Anderson's Appliance Repair & Cleaning Service provided to me was good. Everything was fantastic.

The service provided by AAA Anderson appeared to go well at first but then a month or so later our clothes were not drying. We had another company come to our house in order to assess the problem and they said the dryer vent screen leading out of the roof was completely clogged with lint. They showed us a handful of lint they removed from it. They said the dryer was not venting correctly and as a result it was overheating and cycling off. This company said AAA Anderson probably did not get all the lint out of the vent and their cleaning process loosened the lint and caused it to eventually be blown up into the screen causing it to clog. We advised AAA Anderson of this problem and they offered to perform a free vent cleaning in the future but would charge us to clean the screen leading out of the roof. AAA Anderson did not appreciate the problem and expense to me their dryer vent cleaning process caused.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was good. I was not there when they did the service, but the technician seemed really nice and informed me of everything that he found when I talked to him on the telephone. The cleaning turned out good.

I bought the Big Deal they were offering. I was contacted by them within 1 day and had appt. set up for the following week. They came in..did their work..left no mess..We are breathing easier now. And less dust. Easy to work with and we also recommended them to our neighbors when their gas oven broke. They did use them and had a great experience also.

There arrived early and had a team of 4 to get the ducts cleaned quickly... which was great because it was below zero and leaving the door open for longer was not ideal. They were professional and knowledgable and asked if I wanted my gas fireplace cleaned while they were here and I went ahead that service as well. We had a problem with the thermoplie or thermocoupler after that and they came out to fix it the very next morning with no charge. They were very helpful in explaining our appliance, operation recommendations and necessary maintenance... would certainly use them again!

I just moved into new condo and the dishwasher did not operate at all and the dryer vent was not venting properly. Kim, the scheduler, and John, the repair person, were very friendly, helpful and professional. John did good repairs to my satisfaction and explained what and why he performed the repairs. I will call them again.

The work turned out fine. I did have to call them to setup the appointment.

He advised a new air conditioner, but we wanted to repair the air condition, if possible and freon was low, so he recommended trying refilling the freon. Unfornately, it was a leak and we ended up having another company replace the air conditioner. However, I think their service was goo.

The Service repair guy was very nice and was on time, as scheduled. He quickly assessed the problem and made his recommendation - which was not to repair but replace the washer. He made an adjustment to a belt so we could continue to use it for awhile, and did not charge me for his work. I was very happy with the service, even though I did not have good news on the washer, which I was expecting.

I purchased their duct cleaning deal. It went pretty well. The tech was here on time and was in and out faster than I expected. I was kind of expecting him to take some photos or something to show me that the ducts were in fact clean. He didn't do that, thus the Bs in a couple of the ratings. I'm sure he did a fine job though, and I would use AAA Andersons again.

The service person arrived on time and supposedly cleaned and tuned up my gas fireplace. I informed them that the fireplace would not start reliably and they said that they could find nothing wrong and that it was working perfectly. The problem was most likely caused by the electronic start being dirty and cleaning it had solved the problem. After they had left, the fireplace would not start up so I called them back to report the problem. After waiting another week, 2 service people came out. They determined that the electronic starter needed replacing. They said that they would go back to the office and order the part and call to schedule a time for the repair. That was the last I heard from them. After multiple calls and leaving many messages, I finally reached someone in the office and was told that they were going on vacation and couldn't schedule the repair for about a month. They suggested that I call Fireplace Hearth and Home to do the repair if I wanted it done sooner since they had ordered the needed part from them. They also said that they were probably not as qualified to make the repair anyway so it would probably be in my best interest to have someone else do it. I then scheduled the repair with Fireside Hearth and Home. I was quite surprised when the technician called me over to show me that the fireplace was filthy. The only part that had been cleaned was the glass. The rest of the workings were covered in dust and dirt. Since it had not been used after it was supposedly cleaned, this had to be the condition in which they left it. I gave the technician the go ahead to clean it, and diagnose the problem which was different from the previous diagnosis. He performed the service and replaced the damaged part. Once he was finished, the fireplace worked perfectly and continues to do so. I have tried to reach AAA Anderson to discuss the problem but my calls have never been returned. I paid Fireplace Hearth and Home for a fireplace tune up that AAA Anderson was supposed to have done. Therefore, I paid for the same service twice - not a good deal.

They arrived within the 2 hour window provided and called approximately 30 min in advance of arrival, which is always appreciated. They were very quick, clean and helpful in consulting on whether the whole house should be done. We decided it should be and made a future appointment (although they were willing to do it the same day if we preferred). I would recommend them as a service provider to others.

The service turned our just fine. They were good listeners. We are quite pleased with their work. We could not be happier.

We ended up replacing as the cost/benefit to repair the existing was not practical. On time, professional and honest.

Great. He came on time. Did the work (we think an animal had crawled into the vent) He didn't see anything but the smell went away so that must have been the problem. Anyway he was very reliable. Thanks for the service. Kay
