Very good. Very friendly and cleaned up very well.

They were punctual, did their inspection quickly & safely, and now my gas insert works much more efficiently.

The crew cleaned the foggy glass on the fireplace and replaced the thingies that the natural gas burns from, transforming the entire unit from a foggy, little blue-flame fire to a clear full-fire in the fireplace. It was a great job in a short amount of time!

The crew was punctual, friendly, and thorough. I plan to have them repeat this treatment every 2 years in order to keep the furnace in top condition and to keep house dust to a minimum.

We were very pleased by the work that was done. We had just purchased the home and the old owners had not taken care of the dryer vent properly. AAA came in and made everything right, even went up on the roof to clean the vent from the top down. That was not an easy task given the winter we've had this year. Thumbs up.

The person who came TOLD US WE SHOULD GET RID OF OUR FIREPLACE BECAUSE IT WAS WORTHLESS. HE WAS READY TO LEAVE AND PLACED A CALL TO HIS BOSS. HE TOLD THE BOSS ABOUT OUR FIREPLACE. THE BOSS ASKED HIM IF HE CLEANED IT ANYWAY. THE SERVICE MAN SAID NO AND THEN THE BOSS SAID CLEAN IT ANY WAY. I DIDN'T THINK HE WAS VERY Professional and we didn't get much for our money. I don't want anything more to do with them. by the way I did complete this survey a month or two ago

I was happy with the service they did. The technician was on time and did a thorough job. He even told me about the condition of the dryer and gave details. He was very friendly. Scheduling went well and the woman on the phone was very pleasant to deal with.

Technician Jason showed up on time, was very professional and completely cleaned out our gas fireplace. He did a very thorough job, and cleaned up after he was finished. Jason did a very good job, and we are satisfied with the work done.

They did a thorough job of cleaning out all the dust and deposits inside as well as cleaning the glass of my gas fireplace. They were neat and didn't leave any mess behind. Both of the service guys were polite and friendly.

The service was not what I expected. What I bought did not match what did they did. The quality of service did not match their other reviews.

It took months to get an appointment. The technician informed us that we don't have the right duct system for this service. We asked for a refund and he said he would have the office call us. They didn't we called left messages and emailed and we're ignored. I can't believe this an Angie list preferred provider!

from start to finish a really positive experience. I've forgotten names now but the woman I spoke to on the phone was very helpful not only in scheduling the service but also gave me a referral to another service provider to fix my Thermador gas cooktop, ,as they do not service them. The two guys that performed the cleaning, were friendly, prompt and quick. I believe John was one of the guys and he made sure I understood everything they were doing and asked if I had any questions at the end. I will definitely use them again for cleaning my gas fireplace and will call them if I have an appliance needing repair. Their prices with or without the Angie's list deal are more reasonable then another provider I called. I think their normal price is $149. The other provider i called was going to charge $250.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and everything was fine. It was worthwhile since the price was reasonable for the service. I think we added on about $50 to the Big Deal price for the dryer vent cleaning. They were pretty thorough and easy to talk to. They told us what they were doing and were pretty quick; they were in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I don't have anything bad to say; they provided great service.

Based on the offer and description of the services that would be provided, I expected more to be done. The 2 service men were done in about 15 minutes, and it seemed like they did minimal cleaning. Albeit they said both were very clean, there were some services listed that were more technical which I couldn't have done myself, and I don't think they performed those services. After they left, I found the dust blown out from under the refrigerator was all over the top of my stove and partially on the countertop next to the stove. I had to clean the stove and countertop completely. I don't feel the service for the price paid was a good value for me.

It went well. I feel like it went smoothly. They just went downstairs and did the tune up and then left out of the house. They were pretty good in communicating and setting up the schedule and stuff.
