Install went OK ,they let old furnace still at end of driveway made 2 calls to contractor they said they would take care of junk furnace still there!

Great. Technician was very friendly and thorough and even helped to remove something stuck for weeks in garbage disposal

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was great! It was fantastic! There were wonderful guys. I paid more than the Big Deal price because I needed another part which was about $45-$49. The day after I purchased the Big Deal, they came out and did it. He was a very knowledgeable guy and he was able to give me information about other things I needed done and gave me good contacts for those too. The price was good. They were here early. He was definitely a good guy.

The work went well. The price was reasonable, they did a very good job of what I asked them to do, everything was put back to where it was, and I was overly satisfied with the work that they did.

The service turned out great. We had no complaints whatsoever. They called ahead to make sure someone was available for the service.

They never called and never made an appointment or anything. I’ll be getting a refund from Angie’s List. Complete failure to follow up.

It went well. The gentlemen were polite and professional. I had an issue and they had to come back the following week but they did They were gracious. They came back and resolved the issue and didn't bill me any more. The guys that came in rearranged the logs in the fireplace and they actually made them look prettier but what happened was, during the week, they collapsed, they fell in to the burner and started burning and smoking and I had to shut off the fireplace and called them and they came back. The second guy who came out kept asking for a log diagram. He made me a little guilty that I was supposed to have something that I didn't have for them. They were very responsive.

We weren't able to use them, because they didn't have the right equipment. The hose was not long enough to go all the way to our furnace. If there was any way to explain upfront before we had purchased the service, what kind of equipment they would need. They came out, they attempted to do it, they explained why they couldn't do it, but they did say they would have the office call, to have our cleaning scheduled and have somebody come out with the right equipment, but that didn't happen. They were professional while they were here, but they didn't follow through. The price would have been fair, if they had been successful with the clean. If somebody comes out and does the job, and if they do a good job, I won't mind using them again.

In truth, I really don't know that the two guys who came to my home did anything. They were in and out very quickly. There was little to no explanation of what they were doing. They sprayed some very strong smelling stuff (presumably some sort of sanitizer) down my cold air returns and ran some tubes through the ductwork by the furnace. One of the guys spent a lot of time pointing everything out in the house that needed to be fixed or repaired as if I didn't already know. In the end I'm not sure the ducts are any cleaner than they were to start with.

Great value.! They punched some holes in ductwork that were not resealed and scuffed paintwork on stairs being only complaints.

The service went fine. We haven't used the fire place yet, but they were very nice, and it went fine. I wasn't really involved in it, but William didn't have any complaints. We hadn't thought about looking at the dryer vent, and they suggested it, but it has been working better since.

They did a really good job. They had to cancel the first appointment because of a snow storm, and so they came out the week after. I work from home, and they arrived right at the end of the window, and I had a meeting, so I couldn't answer their questions.

Our home is 36 years old and we had never had the air ducts cleaned. They came and showed me before and after and I found the 2 people that came to be very professional and they were on time and did their job well.

The service was excellent! I received a call-back to schedule within 48 hours of placing my order. They were very friendly, and able to work with our schedule. Matt did a fantastic job, and taught us some things that we can do on our own as well. We will DEFINITELY be having them back on an annual basis for cleaning & tune ups.

Prompt, pleasant and did what they were supposed to do. What more could you want?

They did a nice job. Delivered what the promised. We had some delay in the repair but that was due to a snow storm.

I had a coupon from angies list for service. My fireplace wouldn't come on with the remote. They were very prompt and came in put on their shoe covers and went right to work. They cleaned everything and washed the glass window which was very dirty. Now it looks like new. I need a new part that makes the remote work, but I am able to turn it on manually. They were very nice and friendly and cleaned everything when they finished. No messes left behind. the only problem I have is they haven't sent me a final bid on the cost of the part and installation, which I was told would have to be installed by the owner.

There was a few week delay in scheduling the initial Angie's Big Deal, as they were backed up with other purchasers, and it was around the holidays, but there was no special rush. The repair guy came in and did the work quickly and neatly, and found and removed toothpicks jammed in our dishwasher motor. I asked him about the clothes washer, which has been partially filling between uses, and he was able to tell me which part needed replacing. I called the office, and they were able to order a new part for me, and send someone out a couple weeks later to take care of the washer. I was pleased with their work both times.
