I think very highly of them. We did not need to have the dryer vent cleaned out and I am going to get a refund for that deal. I think they are a very respectful outfit. Everything was completely cleaned up when they were done.

Crew arrived within the time frame estimated. Called ahead when they were on their way and when they anticipated arriving. Very professional and nice to talk with. Helped to show me what they were doing and just how to make adjustments to the fireplace, if I wanted to. Completely cleaned up after themselves.

This turned out pretty well. They did just the tune-up and I thought the pricing was good. There was a little dust afterwards, and although I know that's involved with the work, the deal stated they would clean this. It wasn't a big deal, but it was something I noted.

The service went well. They cleaned out our air ducts as we felt we had huge dust issues in the house. Within minutes they told us how much "red" hair they found which would have come from our Golden Retriever. After looking at the filters it was apparent there was A LOT of dust caught in our vents constantly spewing through our house.

John is excellent. He comes out and can figure out what the problem is right away. He does not take a long time to fix it and he does it right.

My dryer broke a week after moving into my new house. The Anderson repair techs came out and took at look at the dryer to find that the motor was shot. While one of the techs was taking apart the dryer, the other one noticed that my washer basin was not put in correctly and essentially not even spinning. He went ahead and fixed that for me during the time it took to the other guy to figure out what was the dryer issues. They came back a couple days later with the correct part, also finding that the temperature sensor was not functioning. They were able to get the replacement part for the heat sensor quickly. The repair cost about $400 including all parts and labor. The techs were knowledgeable and friendly, I would recommend this business.

I have no complaints. The guys that did the work were friendly and helpful. It didn't take very long, and they cleaned up after themselves.

Service team was very responsive, knowledgeable and quick. Both fireplace glass elements and inserts were cleaned out, blowers serviced and adjusted, additional heating embers wool added to units. .

AAA Anderson was great! Seemed to really know their stuff, and even took a look at our furnace while here, no charge.

They arrived on time and got right to work dismantling my dryer to thoroughly get rid of all the lint and debris. Then they went outside and vacuumed the vent so it was clean inside and out. Very pleasant, efficient and professional, and as an added bonus, they were nice to my little dogs!

Two servicemen came and worked together. were very prompt, explained their work and did what I hired them to do. fireplace works and looks great.

It turned out fine. The only thing that I was a little disappointed in was that I thought they were more of an appliance repair company than a fireplace inspection company. They showed up right when they said they would. They sent 2 people out to do the job and they were just fine. They got the job done in about 15 minutes.

There were no troubles with scheduling and no additional costs. It didn’t seem like they did too much. The job did not take them long at all and they finished it pretty quickly. We are unsure of the quality and how thorough the work was. It seemed that for the work that they did, the price was a little expensive. They were nice people to deal with. We had no problems in dealing with them.
