It seemed to me that they haven't done a really thorough job. I was a little surprised at how quick they worked. They used compressed air that went into the return vents of the HVAC system. They cleared off some of the dust but it didn't seem like it was an overly thorough job. I've had other people do the same service for me and they've done better. I didn't have to pay more than the price of the deal.

They show me how to get started with our fireplace, what to do and how to do it, and I want to give them a credit because they don't want to do it over the phone because we were dealing with gas. They were nice, they came on time, they did everything and I will grade them high. Their a good company. The owner was very accommodating, and they took care of things very quickly.

Great all around. Set a 2 hour time frame on appt. Called 30 minutes before arrival. Showed up right on time. Kept things neat and tidy. Didn't mind the dog sniffing around. Gave some good advice on using a remote switch instead of the outside switch on the fireplace which has been giving us problems. Will use again.

It went well, I think they could have done a little better job at communicating, I had to call them every day to get an update on where the part is for the gas range, and I wouldn't hear back till the end of the day. But they did go out of their way to deliver a propane burner as a stop gap.

Arrived on time, performed services in a timely manner and left work sight clean. Also took the time to explain our air exchange system and humidifier system and make maintenance recommendations that we could do ourselves to get the most efficient use out of both systems.

I saw the Angie's List deal and the favorable reviews for AAA Anderson so I gave them a call. I received a call back within an hour and was able to schedule the work within two weeks. The workers arrived on time and were professional and friendly. They worked quickly and when they were done, they explained what they had done. Since they came, my dryer has been fully drying clothes again thankfully! I would use them again because they price their services fairly, are reliable, and get the job done!

It was fine. They cleaned all the air ducts. They did what they said they would do.

They came out and did the tune up and everything worked out just fine.

They were efficient and knew what they were doing. I paid extra to have them install a chimney cap, which was reasonably priced. It didn't take long for them to come out after I purchased the big deal, and they were punctual.

I used them through a big deal on Angie's List. It went fine. They were prompt. They did what they were supposed to be doing. I didn’t have any issues with it. Their staff was friendly and courteous; they were fine. The price was fair.

I purchased a Big Deal for Complete chimney sweep or dryer vent cleaning for only $99! Our dryer vent is 30' long and they did a great job!

This turned out fine but I thought they could have done a little bit better job because I can see a lot of dirt in the ducts afterwards.

I called John after another provider did not return my phone call. They actually had someone answering the phone (a real plus). My over 20 year old Frigidaire refrigerator door would not shut. The appointment went well and John was on time. He determined that I needed a part that had to be ordered. I was not charged another trip fee upon his arrival to install the part. He installed the part but the door still would not shut without an extra hard shove. He only charged me 50% of the part fee since it did not work. Unfortunately, I will have to replace the refrigerator since putting more money into it would not be cost effective at this point. The trip fee covered the labor and two visits to the house. I would use John again

They did a good job. There was dust left around after they were finished. They showed up on time, two people came in, and did a good job in blowing out the vents. I did not have any question about what they were doing, whether it was going to damage or anything but when they left, I noticed, around the vents they had cleaned, I had to cleanup which is something that I would have expected them to vacuum up before they left. I had to do extra work after them.

AAA went way above and beyond what was expected. I think their moto should be "we exceed expectations" ! These guys are Highly recommended.

He didn’t show up for the first appt, and then he missed the second appt. as well due to a confusion about the time (he showed up when I wasn’t here and he didn’t call before so we missed each other.) This company seems good but this time it didn't work out.

I have never used this kind of service until there as an offer by AAA Anderson's on Angie's List. We were having issues with a smell in our dishwasher/disposal, so thought "what the heck?" The price was excellent, so we moved forward. We were contacted within a few days and an appointment that met my schedule was set-up. The two gentlemen who showed up were friendly and knowledgeable. The frig was the least of my concerns, but was probably the best value. It had never been cleaned in 14 years, so the dust bunnies were taking over. They helped me with my dishwasher/disposal problem....all was good there. They also offered me a gas fireplace clean for $50. I took it. They also educated me about the workings of the fireplace. Everything was like clockwork and was very easy. I'd recommend others use this company as well.

See above. Will not hesitate to use them again. They show up when they say they will. In fact one time they called ahead and said they could come earlier, would I mind. I certainly did... It was much appreciated.

I purchased this furnace duct cleaning service as a deal offered through Angie's List. Scheduling was very easy. I was given a two-hour window of time when the service would be performed and was informed that the service men would call 30-minutes before arrival. Everything went as expected, the service men actually arrived 15-minutes before the earliest time stated at the time of scheduling. The service men were very professional. They removed all cold-air returns and heat vents and cleaned them thoroughly. They explained everything clearly before doing it. I was offered additional services - gas-fireplace cleaning and dryer cleaning. I chose to add the dryer cleaning and was happy with that service as well. | |Overall, AAA ANDERSON'S APPLIANCE REPAIR AND CLEANING SERVICE did a professional and thorough cleaning of our furnace ducting system and the clothes dryer. I would not hesitate to use their services again or recommend them.

They tried to schedule the appointment and were busy traveling at the time. We tried to schedule but ended up not following through on the service.

The two-man crew arrived on-time and called a few minutes before arrival to let me know they were close. I had already taken most of the air duct covers off prior to their arrival, however they said it wasn't necessary and didn't take off the few vents that I hadn't removed myself. One problem I had with the service was that they didn't notify me that i HAD to change my furnace air filter after their service. I read in the service description that a new filter should be on hand for them to install after service, however I had just changed my furnace filter recently and didn't want to buy another for installation. However, when the technicians arrived, they informed me that the filter would be catching all the crud and dust they would be blowing out of my system and would need to be replaced. So, I had to purchase another filter and install it after they were done. Overall it was a good experience and a great value. The previous homeowners were heavy smokers and the cleaning/sanitizing service made an instant, long-lasting improvement.

It was difficult to schedule because it was a 'big deal' and I think there was a lot of volume. So it was later than we'd have liked but the service was great. One of our stoves wasn't operating and it turned out it just needed some cleaning to make the parts function together again. They were on time and professional. I plan to use them for a future cleaning / service.

Vendor informed me when I contacted them that they dont clean air ducts for condos/apartments. They only clean single family homes. I have a condo so requesting refund. Vendor was responsive and the experience was positive.
