Good. Nice guy. Did the job.

It didn't go well, though I felt sorry for them as to what happened. The cleaning itself didn't seem to leave things notably better, but I didn't have any particular expectations there. Unfortunately, the refrigerator started making a loud noise shortly after John left, as if something had been thrown off in the compressor motor. They replaced the motor, and it was better, but the refrigerator is still quite a bit noisier than it used to be, and we expect to replace it for that reason in the relatively near future, even though it is still OK for keeping food cool. For reference, the refrigerator was not new when I moved into the house 10 years ago, so it would likely be due for replacement soon in any event. However, I'm pretty sure that something was jostled in the cleaning that has shortened its useful life for us.

The service turned out. The interaction with them was good, and professional. The work turned out fine.

It went very well. They were clean and worked quickly.

They run a huge suction hose from their truck in the front door to the furnace room. Then they go to reach heat vent and spray it and the debris gets sucked through your vents down to the furnace. We have mostly flexi ducts, so I hope that all of the debris made it to the basement. The guy sure had a lot of comments about how much flexi we had, instead of hard ducts. I like feedback, but it was a little much.

I really liked the guys that came. I had them also clean my fireplaces for me. However, I did have a dishwasher that was retaining water after the cycle was finished. The man removed broken glass from the dishwasher and we assumed that was the problem. After he left, I started the washer and it is still retaining water. I haven’t called the company back as I didn’t want to pay another service fee for him to come back out.

On time arrival, did both dryers quick and efficiently.

Provider recommended a new garbage disposal be installed as repairs on current garbage disposal unit were not practical. I appreciated their honesty. Did a great job with cleaning the dishwasher and everything was fine there. The gentlemen were not able to complete the job on the refrigerator as the refrigerator is wedged in place and virtually impossible to move out. They were able to do a good job of forcing all of the dust out from underneath which should improve efficiencies. They showed me a location where there is a significant leak on the refrigerator. Their recommendation was to get a new refrigerator and they provided some references on locations. They explained to me that it is not practical to replace the seal. Made sense to me. I appreciated them being so forthcoming on providing suggestions for me to pursue. Team worked well together and they were timely in providing their service. I would definitely contact these guys again. Great job!

They arrived right on time and called ahead. They asked about where to part and were polite and friendly. They completely the job quickly and answered all my questions, even showing me the furnace filter they were removing. We had them in right after construction, so it was a needed service.

I bought the deal because I thought one was leaking. Turns out no leak. But I got great service. And my dishwasher finally works well. It always left things dirty and filmy, and now everything comes out perfect. Same with my disposal, it finally works right.

Very well--I learned a lot about maintaining my appliances to avoid future service calls. The guys were knowledgeable and friendly.

Family member was experiencing frequent allergy flare-ups. Suspected allergens coming from dirty air ducts. Lived in house 12 years and we've never cleaned vents: Anderson's was able to schedule service about 1 month out. 2-person crew came to our home, thoroughly explained what the procedure, covered stairs and carpeting, and got to work. They removed all air duct return covers, being very careful of our furnishings. Vacuum system was located in their truck, from which 6" wide vacuum tubing ran into house. Thoroughly vacuumed ducts from furnace and all return vents in house. When finished, they reinstalled return vent covers, and cleaned up well. Also cleaned our seriously clogged clothes dryer vent. Duct cleaning, $167.00 + $40.00 for dryer vent. Upon completion of this cleaning, no more allergy attacks!! We're thrilled!

They did a thorough job and I was satisfied with them. It only took an hour to do. They were busy so we put the appointment off by a month.

Service was excellent. Company kept in touch with me as to arrival time - and was right on time. Cleaned dryer and washer per Angie's List deal. While they were there, they noticed my washer had been installed with rubber instead of stainless steel braided hoses - so they replaced those and cleaned my fireplace. Two big wins! I had contacted them ahead of time to ask them to look at my squeaky dryer. They ordered new top bearings and installed it a week later. I will use them whenever I have an appliance problem. They are personable, thorough, and very professional. There's a reason why they earned a Super Service Award in 2013. They are awesome!

They were punctual, thorough, friendly, and went above and beyond. That's what will make me hire them again, and recommend them highly.

Service was excellent. We had a little bit of scheduling confusion, but not a big deal.

This turned out really nicely. The price was really reasonable. They had let me know that the furnace needed to be serviced and recommended that I have it looked at.

We had no issues with the service. They did mention that they provide dryer vent cleaning but that was not part of the Big Deal. Two or three people came and they worked really fast. We watched them do the work and that was interesting. They came and they did the job and they were done, there was not a lot of chat time and that was what I expected.

They did everything they said they would and there were no problems.

On time......Took off their shoes, brought tarps to collect dirt etc. Explained what they did and why. Offerd another service at a discount because they were there and had time. Gave me tips on many household chores & routines, when to do and why.

They did a great job. Would definitely use again.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and my experience overall with them was good. They were able to put something really quickly. The price was fine. I will surely use them again in the future.
