AAA Anderson's was AWESOME! I had purchased an Angie's List deal last year, never used it, forgot about it and it expired. When I called AAA Anderson's they had the purchase on record and said they would still honor it. Amazing! They did a fantastic job and the customer service experience was second to none. We will definitely use them again and I recommend them to friends and family.

The service was absolutely fabulous! The technicians were polite, thorough and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend them and will be using AAA Anderson's Appliance Repair and Cleaning to service any appliance or fireplace service needs in the future.

That turned out fine. It took one employee about 15-20 minutes. He also vacuumed behind the refrigerator too. I was having an issue with my ice maker and he was able to fix that for at a later date. I did have to make an extra call though to follow-up, when he said that he would call me when the part arrived.

They did a good job of cleaning out the dryer and the outside venting system.

Used AL coupon. Work seemed to be okay. One complaint was heavy cologne worn by employees and odor of sanitizer--scent sensitive. Not sure if we really need to continue with this service (see EPA info sheet <http://www.epa.gov/iaq/pubs/airduct.html> ).

On time and professional. Compared to prior experiences with other providers they actually took the time to clean out the fireplace and scrub the burners. I would use them again

they were running ahead of schedule and called me to see if they could be there early which was wonderful so I didn't have to wait for them. they took a look said the igniter was bad and told me the price for the whole job at that time. they were finished in about 10 minutes and checked if the oven would work. he also explained why tmrw

The service was good. They came in through my basement and that was good. They did leave the window and door open and I did not realize it but other than that everything was good.

Waste money - nothing to clean!

I appreciated that this vendor honored the original Angie's List Deal coupon even though it was past the original "use by" deadline. The whole house duct cleaning was definitely needed after removing pets from the house and a long winter. Good to start off the new spring/summer season with everything clean!

We purchased one of the Angie's List deals to have our 1990's gas log fireplace tuned-up, cleaned and inspected before the "fireplace season" kicked in and we were very happy with our purchase/service. The team from AAA Anderson's did an excellent job of cleaning our 1990's gas log fireplace. Especially since I am pretty sure it was never cleaned before we moved into the house. They were on time, efficient and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing this service.

Everything worked out fine. It was exactly as expected. We would work with them again. The dryer seemed to be operating better. We are very happy the company.

They were only at my home 45 minutes. Because they went to fast, I didn't think they did a good job of cleaning the return air vents. They just sprayed them and wiped them off. When I questioned them about one, they were short and said they did clean them. I tried to point the vents out to them, but they just rushed in. When they pulled the big hose in from the truck to pull it into the lower level, they took some paint off the wall in the kitchen. They said they could clean the dryer vent, but didn't even move the dryer out to check the vent in the back of the dryer. When I had it done by two other companies, they moved the dryer out. I paid for the dryer vent by cash and when I got the first computer receipt, it stated that I had paid $0.00.. I called Kim at the office and she sent me a correction. Kim was very pleasant and very helpful in setting up the appointment and in correcting the receipt. I would be happy to talk with the company representative to share my concerns before this is shared with others.

I purchased two Angie's List deals. One for air vent cleaning and one for dryer vent cleaning. The two guys arrived on time and went right to work. They were quick and nice to me and my cat. One liked to up sell and sold me a gas fireplace cleaning on the spot for $50. My dryer vent was super dirty. They blew lots of fuzz out and showed me how to clean parts of my dryer I didn't know I could get to by myself.

They did a a great job and didn't give us a huge estimate for further repairs as others have.

They were on time and I feel they did a good job. There was a fair additional price for the water heater pan cleaning. They explained what they did and did it well. They weren't messy at all. I think they did a great job for the price. I was very satisfied.

Bought the big deal. they will suggest other work while they are there for a discount, but if there are other services you want done, it's a good deal. I also had my dryer vent and gas furnace serviced. Jesse and Dan (?) were a bit early, which I appreciated and it took maybe 1 1/2 hours to do everything. I also appreciated that Jesse answered all my questions about my appliances and showed me how they worked. Overall, I was pleased with the services.

The guys were very friendly and helpful. It was great to have them do work for us and we will have them back again.
