Provider was on time and performed the chimney cleaning as promised. The procedure was fairly quick and we don't think he performed a check of the vent on the roof. Not sure if this was part of the deal, but we thought it should have been done. Otherwise price was good and service was prompt.

Everything turned out well. The technicians arrived on time, were professional and friendly, and were diligent in locating the source of the problem as well as in fixing it.

I bought the duct cleaning as an Angies Big Deal in the fall. I had hoped to get it done before it got cold outside, but my mom had her hip replaced the end of September and came to stay at my house for about a month. After that I was going to her house until around Christmas to help out so I didn't have time to have the work done. I explained that to AAA and they said not to worry and they would come out when I was ready. They came out the morning of Jan 11. They were very pleasant and profressional and I felt they did a good job. I really appreciated that they were able to work abround my schedule when I needed to take care of my mom. I plan on calling them in the future when I need the ducts cleaned.

Prompt, right on time. Fast, professional installation. Very knowledable. Made and fit parts perfectly when needed. Checked entire system for leaks or any other problems. Started furnace to make sure everything worked properly. Super service, friendly, professional.

They were unable to fix the appliance, and then they quoted me an incredibly steep price to come out and fix it. I was not happy with them. I got them off of Angie's List. They were pretty punctual.

We've had him several times. They are very prompt and are able to come on fairly short notice. They are very professional and did an excellent job. The method allows the carpet to dry very quickly so we didn't have to stay off of it very long. We have recommended them.

They did a great job, They were on time and they went above and beyond what I expected.

The guys showed up on time and did a good job (I think) of cleaning out the duct work. I saw the old furnace filter (large 20x24x4 Air Bear filter) when they were finished and it was packed full of dust and lint. My wife did notice that the dust levels in the house were down quite a bit a few days later. Our house was built in 1964 and I don't think the vents/ ducts were ever cleaned. I recommend them.

They were great! Arrived on time and were very courteous and thorough. Also very helpful, telling my husband how best to maintain life of gas fireplace which he really appreciated.

AAA Anderson's Appliance provided wonderful service. I moved into a new house and had several services performed. It worked great to get it all done in one visit from one company. The guys were very careful and helpful. I was asking a lot of questions. They also showed me how to work my gas fireplace. I will definitely use this company in the future. Awesome customer service from start (first call) to finish.

My experience was pretty good. They were quick. Maybe they could have told me what they're all doing while they're doing it.

Scheduling the service was very fast and easy. They were able to come out within two days. However, once they were here, the took one look at the appliances and walked out the door saying they will not work on anything from Bosch or Samsung. They were rather rude about it and practically ran out of the house, yelling at me while I was downstairs, that they don't work on 'these kinds of machines.'

They were on time and very friendly and offered to clean drier vent. I just expected the vents to be cleaner when they were done.

The company was willing to honor the coupon, however, we were forced to move before we could use it and our new home does not have duct work. The company was unwilling to substitute different work for the same price.

They did a really good job. I did have to have them replace something in my refrigerator and they were able to do that for me right away after getting the part.

The service was fine. They checked two fireplaces for me. They were pleasant and prompt. They were tidy while in my home.

I purchased an Angie's List deal for the services described above. My main concern was the smell from the water coming out of the dryer. AAA Anderson's sent out two guys who I explained the situation to and they immediately went to work with the cleaning. When they were done, one of them showed me the issue that was causing the smell. The washing machine apparently had a filter I didn't know about that had accumulated some undesirable build-up that was not very pleasant to sniff. The entire job was done quickly and the technicians were very professional. I would definitely call them again if had any further issues with my washer and dryer.

They are great. I have used them for several other services as well including stove repair and additional duct cleaning. The receptionist is very friendly and flexible. I would use them again for any service.
