That turned out very good. They also found a mouse and we had no idea how it got in there. Two technicians came out and they were here for about 2 hours. They did a real thorough job and they cleaned every vent! They also cleaned the dryer vent for us too while they were here. The added on price for that was minimal. With them doing the work it made a big difference and was completely worth it. They were professional and answered a lot of questions; they were very knowledgeable, efficient, accommodating, young and very pleasant.

Dryer went out just prior to Holiday weekend and checked Angie's list of who they would recommend. Found AAA Anderson on the list with a number of excellent reviews. Sent email to book an appointment. Kim was very prompt in responding to setting up appointment via email messaging through Angie's site. John, the owner and employee showed on the scene and detected problem and was able to fix issue with 30 minutes. I was anticipating to pay hundreds of dollars or the unfortunate possibility of having to get a new dryer. I was pleasantly surprised to find out it would only cost me $132.00 and it would be able to be fixed during this trip! Thank you so much! I would definitely recommend AAA Anderson Appliance to anyone that would ask. John was very professional, knowledgeable and honest on other questions pertaining to duct cleaning. It went fine, they tried to up-sell, wasn't expecting that.

To be perfectly honest, I'm not quite sure what duct cleaning is supposed to do and I've never had it done before, so I can't compare service. But the guys were friendly, professional, and on time. Loud noises were made. I had it done because I don't typically suffer from allergies and this year I was a bit. I would say that's diminished since I had it done, but the allergies haven't gone away completely. It's a bit of an invisible service, I guess, and I'm not quite sure how to rate that. Perfectly content with the providers, though.

The crew that came out were on time and called 30 minutes before arrival. The crew was fast and efficient and very knowledgeable. The crew even suggested swapping our electronic air cleaner cells for a paper cartridge filter due to the unhealthy effects of ozone inside homes. I thought....oh here goes their going to try up sell me something. Nope, just offering some free advice. Who does that now a days?!? They told me how easy it was to convert my unit from electronic to a paper filter. I appreciated the information and I did a little research online and sure enough California banned them due to unhealthy indoor ozone levels. In addition they gave me an inside tip regarding rotobrush cleaning. For us rotobrush was a waste of money and wouldn't really make a difference for our home. Again, I appreciated the transparency and honesty. Thumbs up AAA!

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and it was fine. They were just fine. There was nothing spectacular and nothing bad as well.

It was a Big Deal purchase. They're good. I have used them multiple times and I will continue to use them.

went okay - the glass screen was in a bit tight and the guy chipped the surrounding sheet metal to get it out.

It took them a long time to set anything up and they were hard to get ahold of. This was a cleaning and maintenance thing and he mentioned to me that my dryer would need to be repaired. I asked him how much that would cost me, he told me he didn’t know and he told me he would get back to me. He never did and I even had to call them and they never got back to me from that call as well.

The service went well. They did exactly what the deal stated. The technicians did a nice job, were friendly and efficient. I had no issues with scheduling.

They found that everything was just fine and there were no additional fees. I purchased this deal because the company I regularly use can get backlogged. They were able to come out quickly for the service. There were no problems with the service.

I had problems with my dishwasher not drying my dishes. I contacted AAA Anderson becasue of a coupon and they did an excellent job. They came out, talked about the issue and said this was a common problem with this manufacturer and was fairly certain it was the heating element. Once they found they part, sure enough, as they suspected. They quoted a price, but also asked the age of the unit because this should be covered under the extended warranty. Again - sure enough - the part was covered!! This was a HUGE save, because the $100 heating coil was paid for, as was the labor. EXCELLENT JOB!!! To take it to the extend to track my warranty and coverage was above and beyond! Hands down, I will use them again!!!

They did a half of a job on the dishwasher and didn't clean the refrigerator. Don't use this vendor and don't use Angie's list!!!!

They did a fine job. No complaints.

They did charge for an extra $50 and that was for the drier duct. They were great. They called before they came and find exactly what time they would be here. They showed up when they said they would be going to, to do business, know exactly what they were doing, took care of it, very pleasant, and did not stop work to visit. They went right to their work, came, visit, and left. They were efficient and with sense of humor. It was their efficiency. I will not hesitate to call them back.

They were on time, professional, completed the job quickly. The dryer vent could not be cleaned from rooftop due to safety and tech was apologetic. Only negative was that it was really loud but only during the actual cleaning and not the entire time.

They were excellent. When I called, I had forgotten that I had purchased the big deal, and it was last minute, and they couldn't do it before the deal expires, but they said it was no problem. They were very gracious on the phone. They called when they were leaving their facility, and so they reminded me, the showed up, got right to work, were very straightforward, they were nice guys, they did the job, and it was excellent. He had an Ipad, and he was able to handle the transaction, because I paid him then for the fireplace cleaning, and he sent me an email for the purchase by email immediately. I paid an additional $75 for the fireplace cleaning.

Our bed sits right near an air duct, and I had been waking up feeling congested most mornings. We have a 1940s home that's been remodeled twice, and we assume that the duct work has never been cleaned. We decided it was something we should try. We used an Angie's List deal to have the provider come out and blow out and clean our air ducts. The team showed up on time, and we were pleased with the customer service from the point of setting up the appointment through the service. We have less dust, and have had a cleaner air filter since the service. Most importantly, I don't have the same congestion every morning! I really think cleaning the ducts made a difference.

The service turned out fine. I had no complaints and they did a nice job. I had no issues scheduling an appointment.

They called to let me know that they were on the way and arrived on time. Since the front door had to be kept open to enable their hoses, we knew in advance to corral the cats and dogs. The men were quick, friendly and professional -- although the procedures were unavoidably noisy (air compressor, air pressure hose and vacuum). There was no mess or dirt left behind that I found.

It went great! I was impressed with the professionalism and the care that the service crew took with my dryer and the help that they gave with my water heater. I am guessing at the cost of the service; I got it on the Angie's Big Deal. I signed up for the same company to clean out my ducts.

The workers were very respectful. However, they did not place any sort of cover over the room vents as they blew out the air from the top level. The amount of dust that traveled through my lower levels was awful. It was such a mess and SO unhealthy for my asthmatic kids. I suggest using another company. The other times my ducts were cleaned, they placed magnetic covers over the vents not being blowed in to try to prevent the dust issue.

They used compressed air and blew everything towards my furnace. Damaged some of the grates on my heating vents.
