We called Home Seal to consult on weatherization and insulation for our 1920s bungalow. The advice was great and we hired them to insulate the rim joists between our basement and first floor as well as adding cellulose insulation to our attic space. The communication throughout this project went well and the work was completed as scheduled. We would highly recommend Home Seal for weatherization and insulation projects.

Everything went great the people were very nice and helpful

Great from start to finish. Highly recommend. The project: Our builder poorly insulated our bonus room above the garage. We had some ideas of where there would need to be corrections, but the access to most areas was impeded with items we had in storage. That was no problem for Chad! He took photos and made extensive notes. A few months later, after we had removed the items blocking where the project would need to happen, Chad picked right back up as if a few months had not gone by. Had all the details of the project at his fingertips. The job: The crew showed up on time, was incredibly nice and helpful, explaining what they were doing. They ended up opening up two walls (as planned) and kept in close touch with Chad. The end result is that our bonus room is now fully insulated. Home Seal really came through for us. Time, Budget, Quality, all 100%+. I am glad we hired them, and would highly recommend to others!

My first initial consultation was quick, efficient and professional. Chad seem to be very knowledgeable and his crew came out and hit the bricks. They got here. Got the job done and cleaned up. Nice job nice work I would recommend and plan on using this company for future projects.

On time, didnâ t make loud noises and got the job done

I met with Chad to review the project. It was a small project but Chad was still willing to do the work. He provided an estimate and, after a couple days, we got it on the calendar. A problem with the job prior to ours caused a one day delay in installation, but that was totally acceptable considering this was a small job and could be fit into the following day. The guys showed up early the next day and were respectful of our home and us. They put down drop cloths and made sure to clean up after they were done. Very smooth installation. I would use them again and will recommend them to others.

The cost was very competitive and they were on time. They also were able to adjust work on site to fix an unexpected problem during the installation; and complete the installation as promised.

These gentlemen were very cordial. We looked over the access area and talked about what they would about the project scope and the job flow. They went to work; the job went well I think. I am very pleased.

On time, competitively priced ( lowest of 5 bids), performed additional tasks not included in bid, vet discount, slice of heaven. No need for you to look further. The best.

The pricing was very reasonable. I had my attic insulated. The blown in insulation took less than an hour. They were very friendly. I would use this company again for future work.
