They arrived early and finished an hour shorter than estimated. We appreciated the flexibility in scheduling since we went sure how much help we needed.

They arrived 10 min before appt. They saw what I had to move; lots of cub boxes, bankers boxes of books and plastic bags of clothes and soft goods. TV, furniture and mirrors/pictures where wrapped in moving blankets with plastic wrap. Took 2.5 hours to load up and 1 hour to unload. They were thoughtful, efficient and I will be using them again soon! Very good value!

This review is way overdue, seeing as I had their services almost a year ago! But when I checked the reviews I've given in the last year, I've realized I had completely missed giving this company their proper due ~ being a military brat, I have moved over twenty times in my life. HANDS DOWN this company is the most amazing group of people we've ever had the pleasure of working with. They went above and beyond to make sure our furniture and boxes arrived safe and sound, and were kind and friendly, and professional. We'll be moving in a few years again, and everyone from my husband to my mother, and mother in law are looking forward to hiring them again. Can't say enough good things about them!

It went just as I wanted. I had done most of the packing myself, although they helped with the last items. They were contracted to move the furniture and boxes. We worked well, with me at the door directing where exactly where the items should go. We had underestimated a bit as to how long it would take, but they soldiered on without complaint and we were painlessly able to come to an agreement on the overall cost. The team were efficient, courteous, friendly and hard-working . I have no hesitation in contracting them again.

I recently moved from a two bedroom, third floor apartment (no elevator!) to two bedroom, two-story townhome. Veteran Movers was a great choice for my move. The three-man team was punctual, courteous, careful with my items ... and extremely quick! I would recommend the company without hesitation and would certainly use Veteran Movers again.

Veteran Movers did an excellent job moving my stuff from the house I sold to an apartment. They made sure everything was wrapped in padding and carefully brought out to their truck. The same care was used bringing everything into my new apartment. They made sure everything was where i wanted it before they left. I would definitely hire them for my next move!! Thanks guys!!!!!

Pete and his assistant did a FANTASTIC job. I couldn't believe how careful they were about padding and wrapping the furniture. The move went quick and smooth. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience! They went above and beyond what any mover has ever done for me. They worked with me at every turn for my scheduling. The accommodated every need, very punctual. They worked so hard and tirelessly. They didn't charge us anything extra, even though they did a little extra for us. They had to take apart furniture which is difficult work along with the moving. None of my items were harmed in any way during the course of the move. They were courteous and very friendly. This was the best moving experience I have ever had.

It went according to plan with no issues. We have had minimal trouble finding stuff. The costs were as estimated or less. They and their equipment were clean and neat. Their truck was clean and definitely set up as an efficient moving truck. they all showed up on time. It was a better experience than anyone could expect.

They were great!! Showed up on time and ready to work. Work was done much quicker than anticipated and done very professional. The 2 gentlemen were courteous and pleasant and very respectful of our belongings.

I would hire this company again in a heartbeat! Very professional, courteous and fast! I was amazed at the time and effort they put into moving my wood furniture and everything else! They pad and shrink wrap all your wood tables, shrink wrap all of your chairs and I HIGHLY recommend them! Pete was wonderful to work with! Not to mention he's a vet!:)

My experience with Veteran Movers could not have been better. Peter, the owner, answered my call, discussed my needs and provided prompt, professional service at a very reasonable price. He was easy to get hold of and he remained on site until the job was done. The guys hustled but took great care. Not one scratch or damaged piece or box. I highly recommend using this company based on my experience. The veteran's discount was greatly appreciated, also. While it is common thing to express appreciation for vets today, it was NOT common for our Vietnam vets to experience that. Thank you, Peter.

I was impressed by every aspect of this company's performance starting from my phone conversation with Peter; to the very end of this move. They arrived promptly, with a large....CLEAN truck that had everything they'd need: tools, straps, boxes, and blankets (they were prepared). The team of 5 guys were all well groomed, dressed appropriately, and all were in good physical condition to handle this type of venue. We first accessed the equipment, and how we were going to coordinate each piece of equipment - from dismantling- to the sequence of loading each piece. Once we did the overview, off we went. Everything was dismantled, and loaded within 2 hour period. I could tell that these guys were not just a team, but were friends that cared about each other, along with taking great pride in doing a good job. They're professionalism; and the team's demeanor made this move less stressful due to their uplifting attitudes. The lightness in the air made this a fun experience working along side with these guys. They moved in unison, and did so with respect and teamwork. Its funny how having a bad experience the day beforehand, I was alittle apprehensive about what to expect when I was to meet Veteran Movers at the job site. So, I said a little prayer on the way down to meet them, asking God for a good day. And, that's exactly what he gave me. Thank you God! And, thank you Veteran Movers for making my wish come true.

We are totally satisfied with Veteran Movers. They came on-time, in fact 15 min. before schedule. They were very professional, and good at their job. Edward is like super man and other mover was also super good and fast. I already started recommending veteran movers. This is the best moving experience i had so far. highly recommend veteran movers.

They arrived on time. They shrink rapped everything around pads. They moved quickly. They were the most polite people that I worked with. I will use them again. They took the stress completely out of it.

Great! From start to finish, Pete and his helper were the best.! We sold a cabin in Wisconsin, and hired Pete Lovell, owner of Veteran Movers, to drive a truck from the twin cities area to our cabin to load some furniture, boxes and miscellaneous items. He arrived early, and began to work immediately. He put down drop cloths to protect the floors, and shrink wrapped and padded all the large pieces of furniture that we were keeping. The truck was quickly loaded, and they worked non stop. We left in our car, and Pete in the truck and drove to Minneapolis where Pete and his helper brought the furniture and boxes in our home. We also had him take out furniture that we were replacing, and we then drove to our mini storage in Eden Prairie, about 15 minutes away, and they placed boxes and furniture in the storage place.

Went really well. They moved the furniture for us two separate times. Both times they were very careful and placed everything exactly where it was supposed to go. They picked up after themselves. No damage to anything. Really nice group of guys...friendly and conscientious. Will always call them.

The crew had to move us, unfortunately in terrible weather, nearly filling a 26' truck twice. The only reason it ended up being as much as it did was because we decided to do the second load. They did work with us on the overall price considering the weather and distance, but our new home fairly big and has a LOT of stairs. They moved everything to the rooms we needed our furniture, boxes, pictures, etc. Considering everything, the move went very well and I am so glad we decided to spring for professional movers.

They were punctual, had good communication and were careful with everything. They never complained about having to take everything down a long hallway, down three floors in an elevator and then another long walk to where they could park the truck. Made sure everything got to the right room when they unloaded and were careful to clean up any packaging, etc. They even set up the bed!

I called Pete, the owner of Veteran Movers, on a Monday, a couple weeks before our scheduled move. He came over the following day to view our household contents and provide a general estimate. Pete and two additional movers, Mark and Daniel arrived 15 minutes early on the first moving day. They were careful and efficient to pack up our household belongs into a 26ft truck and our garage and workshop contents into a 16ft truck. The following day went just as smoothly as the first. We had one 'glitch' that had to do with one of the trucks that I had rented through Penske. Turns out the larger diesel truck had a weak battery after sitting overnight, which required a service call for a jump-start. Pete went above and beyond our expectations by offering to stay with my rental truck (to wait for the service call) while myself and his other two workers (Mark and Daniel) drove the smaller truck to begin unloading at the new home. This allowed our moving process to progress forward with very little downtime, not to mention the calming of our nerves. By the time the 16ft truck was unloaded, Pete arrived with our larger truck to begin unloading. We had virtually no downtime as a result of Pete's quick thinking and offering to stay with AND drive our rented 24ft truck to the new home (which he didn't have to do). Pete and his staff are professional, arrived when he said they would and did a great job at a very competitive price. You couldn't ask for a better combination. Believe the great reviews. They are well deserved.

They were very professional, yet flexible. We needed everything loaded one day, but delivered 20 miles away the next day. The overnight charge was minimal. They treated our furniture with great care. Everything arrived in great condition. They worked non-stop for 5 hours each of the two days. I recommend them highly!
