Perfect. Great communication regarding dates and times with reminders the day before. Crew arrived, walked through the move with me and then got to work. Securely wrapped all my furniture and very careful throughout the entire move. Personable and professional. They even tied down the boxes and furniture in the POD to keep things from moving around too much. Really a pleasure working with a team that communicates and works so efficiently. I hired them again for the move back in for more of the same. HIGHLY recommend. Pricing below (for both moves) was more than fair so extremely happy with this company.

Pete and his crew were professionals! i never thought we would be able to fit all our belongings into those trucks. Pete was an expert packer. They were very courteous and careful. they took shoes off, covered furniture and floors.there was no damage to dwellings or belongings. already recommending Veterans to all of my friends and family.

Shawn and the crew were on time and really worked hard to complete my move in the shortest time. They were courteous and professional, and suggested ways to save on time. I would recommend Veteran Movers to friends and family.

Glad to work with Veteran movers, Pete adds a great finishing touch to the complete move. We had restriction in the space we could use in the truck and Pete is excellent to make use of all available space. Went a little longer than I planned for but good team effort.

Slower than expected. Lots of talking. Went to closing and had sister stay and pay movers when finished. Quote was accurate but stair handrail was damaged and nothing mentioned by movers. Later found a damaged decorative table. Accidents happen, but these things were not mentioned.

The move went extremely well, Pete and his team arrived right on scheduled, did a quick asssesment of the house then began packing. All items will wrapped in cloth then wrapped in plastic. Not one item was damaged nor we’re the walls of either house. They finished the job quicker then estimated, and were extremely helpful in rearranging furniture in the new house... these guys are Pros and I would definitely use them again and rate them 10+ AAAA.. I would recommend there 3 man team, one packs or wraps the furniture, while the other two carry items to the truck. Pete the owner is one of the team members and is always there. They are extremely trustworthy. You can also leave clothes or items in drawers, no need to pack or unpack drawers... Hope this helps!!!!!

It could not have gone better. The owner and each of his employees did an awesome job. They treated us, our possessions, our previous home and our new home with the utmost respect. Everything in multiple truckloads was moved without a scratch. These men were bright, attentive, courteous, pleasant and strong. We highly recommend Veteran Movers.

The team showed up exactly on time and worked very well together. It took more time than anticipated, so we didn't empty the Medina location and didn't return for the rest (OUR option - they were willing to work later). One item was damaged, beyond repair, so they immediately reduced the amount owed. They were a fun team & we'd use them again in a heartbeat IF, Heaven forbid, we'd have to move again!

Moving is a stressful experience but these guys were punctual, efficient, professional and friendly and made the move so much easier. They did a great job and I would definitely use them again.

Excellent!! Above and beyond!! I also asked them to swap out two refrigerators between two floors, they quickly figured out that doors needed to be taken off of not only the refrigerator, but also the doorways. They had all of this done, reassembled and moved in less than 20 minutes. I told them we were going to have a box for our plasma tv, but we didn't have it. No problem, they packed it all up efficiently and very well padded and safely home. I had a two bedroom apartment and a storage unit with a lot of stuff for a two bedroom apartment (1000 sq ft, + a 5x10 storage unit). They started at 8AM and were on the road before 11 after both the apartment and storage unit. They came in at the lowest end of their original estimate, but that also had to do with the fact that we did have things disassembled and ready to go when they arrived. Very reasonably priced, very nice and friendly movers, fast, efficient and did a fantastic job. Thank you!!!!

The young men who were our movers went above and beyond our expectations! They accomplished more than we thought possible in the time allowed because everyone worked hard and steadily. They were on time, careful to avoid damaging items, respectful of the home, and charged exactly the amount we had agreed on. We were very impressed! Would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them!

Everything went well, nothing was damaged, and there were some very heavy pieces of furniture that needed moving. The movers were very personable, polite and professional. If I were to do it again, I would have them come out and look at how much was to be moved. We did have to move a van and 3-4 car loads ourselves as there was not enough room in the truck. I am faulting myself for this as I only described the amount of items over the phone. The price was very reasonable, we had the owner and three other men come to complete the job. I would definitely hire them again.

Perfect.y. Could not have been more pleased with the guys and the time it took. We were out of our previous home and into our new one in 4 hours. The guys were great. Pleasant, hard working and had fun at the same time. If we move again they are our movers for sure. Thanks Pete. You and your crew are amazing.

Really smooth move. Our first civilian move after many military moves. Pete was easy to work with and communication was great. His crew was polite and very respectful; especially of our newly painted walls. We had no items damaged or lost. Price was for 4 men, 1 moving truck, for 6.5 hours. Would hire them again tomorrow.

Pete and his crew arrived in time and handled our move perfectly. They wrapped and protected all of our furniture and artworks and worked hard and quickly. The crew were all genuinely polite and respectful and worked well together as a team. I feel I could not have had a better moving crew.
