 + -1 moreTHEY FIXED THE COMPUTER ON THE SAME DAY. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY GOT IT BACK TO US SO FAST. THE COMPUTER SEEMS TO RUN A LOT FASTER. THEY ARE AN AWESOME COMPANY.

 + -1 moreI HAD SOME SORT OF ETHERNET CARD GO BAD ON MY PC AND THEY CAME OUT AND REPLACED IT FOR ME. THEY CAME OUT THE FIRST TIME AND FOUND WHAT WAS WRONG. THEY THEN CAME BACK WITH THE PART THE SAME DAY. THIS IS AN EXCELLENT SERVICE COMPANY.
Description of Work: THEY HAD TO BRING AN ETHERNET CARD OUT TO MY HOUSE, BREAK OPEN MY COMPUTER AND REPLACE THE OLD CARD THAT WASN'T WORKING.
