We had a new driveway installed in June of 2010. After 1 year, the driveway was very pitted and flaking. We asked the owner to come back out and look at it and he did and was willing to replace 4 (the most pitted) of the 40 square sections that were installed. We thought he should replace more, but he claimed the winter was very bad that year, and the salt we used on the driveway created the pitting. At this point, he suggested we seal the driveway to avoid more pitting and flaking as much as possible. He charged us $500 to seal it. Four years later the driveway is even more pitted and is flaking and has small cracks near the control joints that they cut into the pavement. It looks like a much older driveway, and new pitting is occuring regularly. Cosmetically, it looks terrible, and I am disappointed it looks this way four years into the life of the driveway. (The four sections that he replaced look better than the rest of the driveway) I am not sure what went wrong, but after researching it, there are many points during the construction where things can go wrong, from a bad mix of cement to improper installation techniques. I am writing this review in order to advise people who are considering hiring this company that we had a bad experience, but others may not have. I would not recommend this company.
