Will and Ashton were my service techs and they were friendly, polite, fast and efficient. The results were excellent. It is rare I give 5 stars out to a service but they were well deserving. I strongly recommend them. You too will be happy with the end result.

Will and Ashton were the service techs and they were extremely polite and helpful. They offered suggestions on how to get my carpet to dry faster in this humidity. I can't say enough about how wonderful the company and these techs were. I would definitely recommend this company.

I hired Bee Clean Services because of their excellent ratings online. When I made the arrangements, I explained that my condo was a rental and that the carpet was not in the best condition. They arrived the next day earlier than scheduled (ok with me!), but the phone call I received was VERY disturbing. I received a call from their dispatch that their crew was onsite and the condo REEKED of urine. No pet had been in the condo for 4 1/2 years. I spent the previous week in the condo cleaning it, painting, etc. I was told black lights revealed there was urine all over the walls. It was such an outrageous claim and so unsettling! Tell me that the carpet was worn, was discolored in a few areas - absolutely. But the "story" I was given was EXTREMELY upsetting. I asked them to finish the job and leave. I went out to the condo later that evening and by all accounts, they did a fantastic job, given the age of the carpet. This would have been a wonderful experience and a 5 start rating had I not received that OUTLANDISH phone call stating my condo was awash in pet urine. Although they did a wonderful job, I don't think I would ever use this company again. I have no time for drama by any company for whom I'm paying for their services.

**Convenient appointment scheduling and they were on time. **Great communication -- I spoke with the owner by phone when I set up the appointment, and when he called to let me know the techs were on their way. I received a reminder e-mail the night before, and a thank you note with helpful reminders shortly after the work was done. ** Transparent pricing -- they have standard charges by the foot for carpet, or per stair; you know exactly how they calculated all work before it starts. ** Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient techs -- Will and Ashton were a pleasure to have in my home. ** The work was done quickly and the carpets look great!

The Techs that came to clean our carpet were very professional, they arrived at the scheduled time and they were very friendly! They worked on a few problem areas and removed the stains!! Carpets look great. I would highly recommend Bee Clean Services. Great job!

Hired for carpet cleaning of small condo unit (rental property) - 2 bedrooms, hallway, living and dining rooms Excellent! I had 2 days to turnover a condo unit rental for a new tenant. The previous tenant was in the unit for 3 years and the carpet needed a deep deep clean! Dave scheduled me quickly and was able to clean the unit's carpet before the new tenant moved in. The carpet is about 12 years old, so I wasn't expecting miracles, but I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the carpet turned out! Almost looked brand new! (I've had the carpet cleaned before with another company and it was just "ok".) I will plan to use Dave again for future cleanings and would highly recommend him to friends and family.

Very efficient and polite. Whole job took about an hour and a half. Carpets look great. Takes about eight hours for carpets to dry sufficiently to replace furniture. Definitely get job during low humidity time of the year
