Bob and Eric did a great job and an affordable price.  They delivered our furnace on Monday and came to install on Wednesday.  Bob was punctual with the initial appointment for an estimate, and gave us a quote when he promised.  The arrived with a crew on Wednesday to tear out the old furnace, install the new furnace in a different location, move the water heater for us, and change some existing ductwork.  On Friday they came back (this was scheduled) to install the new a/c unit and hook that up.  They removed the old one and installed the new one a few feet over, installed the pad for the unit to sit on, and corrected the venting that goes outside of the house.  They were neat and did exactly what we hired them to do.
There is a DTE rebate that the contractor has to submit; we are working with Bob to get this submitted at this time.
Bob installed our daughter's furnace (also moved to a different location and installed new a/c for the first time) when they bought their house over 6 years ago.  She had the same experience there.
Bob also installed new a/c in our prior house 13 years ago.  It's still working great.  He has been out a couple times to service the furnace in the prior house (that he did not install).  He's fixed any problems and got things working right away.
We will continue to use him for all of our heating and cooling needs, and refer him to friends and family.

Update: Bob hooked up the gas line for our new 20kw generator.  He suggested that we may need a new (bigger) gas meter. We called DTE and did in fact need a bigger meter.  After the new meter was installed, Bob came out and hooked up the gas for the generator.

We had Bob pull permits for the furnace and the generator work.  The inspector said he never sees nice work like Bob's anymore and that our furnace guy did a great job.  Everything passed inspection!

THEY CLEAN OUR AIR DUCTS ONCE A YEAR TO KEEP OUR ALLERGIES DOWN AND DUST FROM COLLECTING IN THE VENTS. I THINK THAT THEY DO A GREAT JOB AND THAT THE PRICE IS VERY REASONABLE.
