Description of Work: They did an entire home plumbing inspection, and identified a bad sump pump, and immediately replaced it with a brand new unit. Saved our house from a possible water disaster later on.

Description of Work: Purchased the package for annual check ups. First visit was to our newly purchased condo, prior to moving. Condo had sat empty several months. They checked all faucets, drains, toilets, etc.. They had to replace toilet flappers, sink stopper, tub stopper and Leakey faucet. They were on time, very knowledgable, professional and it was so nice to move into condo knowing the little things were fixed! Look forward to their annual check up next year!

Description of Work: Replaced flapper in a guest toilet. We bought a 3-yr plumbing service agreement for $39. Plumber arrived 1 hr later than I planned for, leaving just enough time for him to complete the repair so I could take care of a family member. Plumber wanted to check all of my toilets and household plumbing, but I had no extra time for that. He appeared annoyed that I had to say 'no' to the numerous offers to check out this & that. So after I signed the invoice, he didn't clean up behind himself, or throw away the old wet & dirty parts that he replaced, or put anything back that he moved out of his way. I was not pleased with him nor his change in attitude when I had to decline his 'extra services' because I was busy. Even if there had been time for that, I don't know if I would allow a stranger to walk through my entire house when he was done with the only repair he was called out for in the bathroom by the entrance.
