Five Star company, they did a great job for me.

They’re the cheapest way to move. I know that when I use them they’re in and out and a lot cheaper than big movers. It was good. I recommend them all the time. I give them A’s all the way across and the price too. I would use them again. I use them once in a while if I have something heavy to move from point A to point B and they give a good price on that.

The move went really good. They even finished earlier than expected.

JIMMY AND NICK (GROSVENOR AND SIMS) ARRIVED AT THE STORAGE FACILITY ON TIME AND READY TO GO. THEY WERE VERY PERONABLE AND PROFESSIONAL AND THEY GOT TO WORK QUICKLY. BECAUSE OF THE AMOUNT OF ITEMS WE HAD TO MAKE TWO TRIPS. THEY WORKED NONSTOP AND WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO WHERE WE WANTED THE ITEMS. SOME WERE GOING IN THE BARN AND SOME IN THE HOUSE. I COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW HARD AND QUICKLY THEY WORKED. THEY MADE TIRED JUST WATCHING THEM. IT TOOK A TOTAL OF NINE HOURS. THEY HANDLED EVERYTHING CAREFULLY. I HOPE TO USE THIS SAME TEAM WHEN WE DO THE SECOND PART OF OUR MOVE FROM OUR OLD HOUSE. THANKS GUYS FOR DOING SUCH A GREAT JOB AND I HOPE TO SEE YOU AGAIN IN ABOUT A MONTH!

I was able to call Monday for a Thursday job. I was able to pick a good time for the work. The pricing was the best I got after calling 3 other companies (some were ridiculous!). They did show up 15 minutes late and I didn't get a call letting me know. I also signed something saying I received a document that I didn't get - I just notated that next to my signature. In the end, they did the work just fine and it was done very quickly. I definitely appreciated that I wasn't charged a minimum (e.g. one hour minimum). I paid for the work time, and their travel time, down and back. Pretty fair.

What was done, was done well. Unfortunately the dispatcher had not informed the guys that I wanted them to pack my dishes. So, I had to do that myself and scrounge for boxes since I had planned on them doing that part. They were also a bit rough with some of the pieces moving to the second floor of the house. Overall it was good. I could not have done the move without them.

They definitely didn't meet the expectations that I had which was created by a consumer review company. They had really good ratings online. They weren't very professional. They said that they would bring their own tools, but they used our tools. They used the scotch tape that we had. There were 2 guys who were supposed to be working for us. One guy called in and said that he wasn't going to be working on that day. In general, they were late by 2 hours. I could have hired 2 guys who would have done a good job. These people didn't use the specific skills and techniques that one should be using as a mover. They didn't tape our drawers together and one of them fell off. It could have injured somebody or would have injured us. They told us that they were going to secure it, as I had taken all the drawers out before since they were late. They then told me to put back all the drawers and they didn't do anything about it. The worker also commented on me. They didn't use moving pads in conditions where they clearly said that they were supposed to use them. I too have moving pads in my house and these are very common things that movers would use. However, they were nice people, but they didn't have any specific knowledge of the tools and things that they were supposed to do for moving. They put our bed packs together with scotch tape and it was dangerous to sleep in afterwards. They definitely need some training. They were responsive, as they called us to inform that they would be late. They were fine, but I wouldn't use their services in the future.

THEY DID A HORRIBLE JOB. THEY DID NOT SHOW UP UNTIL SIX O'CLOCK AT NIGHT TO START THE MOVE. WE WERE UPSET AND TOLD THEM WE DID NOT NEED THEM. THEREFORE, WE HAD TO FIND AND PAY A NEW COMPANY TO COME DO THE MOVE.

THEY DID THE WORK QUICKLY AND ENDED UP BREAKING SOME OF MY STUFF. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THAT AT ALL. IT WAS HARD TO SCHEDULE A TIME FOR THEM TO COME HELP ME MOVE. THEY ALSO SHOWED UP LATE FOR THE APPOINTMENT.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY CAME AND DID WHAT NEEDED THEM TO DO AND THAT'S IT. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE, THAT IS ALL I EXPECTED THEM TO DO. I WAS PLEASED WITH THEM.

IT WAS A SIXTEEN HOUR DAY, AND THEY DID NOT GIVE UP. IF YOU ARE WORRIED ABOUT THE MONEY YOU HAVE TO SPEND, I'D GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE, BUT THEY ARE PRETTY GOOD. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL WITH OUR THINGS.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY MANY TIMES BEFORE AND I HAVE NEVER HAD TO LIFT A FINGER. YOU CAN TRUST THIS COMPANY AND THEY ARE BIG GUYS THAT CAN LIFT ANYTHING.
