The door they used to replace our screen door was very high quality. They did a good job putting it in. We would have been able to get a cheaper door at Lowe's but I don't think it would have been as high quality. It did take almost 2 months to get our door from our first contact which is my only concern.

Mammoth was great to work with, job was completed in a timely fashion, would definitely recommend company to others.

Went very well. Company has worked with us in the past in an effort towards staving off the door's gradual demise from old age and we've been pleased with their professionalism, punctuality and quick responses. The techs that have come out have been wonderful and Nikki in the office helped guide us through the process of selecting a new door and hardware. Great experience and we highly recommend them!

Great communication and I felt informed with all work that was completed. Very good pricing. Work was done on a day that was cold and rainy, which was a surprise. I was happy they worked in bad weather conditions.

Technician replaced both springs for 2 car door. Explained me the reason about if one spring was broken it is good to replace both at the same time.

The package was for garage door tune up and strip replacement. The technician said he could not replace the weather strip on garage door because he did not have the right kind. He tuned up the second garage door instead.

Steve was the technician who came out. He was on time, efficient and professional. He explained the job and completed the work without problems or complications.

They came out in November, but didn’t have the product in the size of my garage door. So they left and said that they would call me. (They should have told me that they only had one size in stock). (Also, that seems odd as my house is less than two years old, so I wouldn’t have thought that it was an unusual size. And my house is about the same size as the other houses in my city). In any event, they said that they would call me in a few days and set something up. They never called. So I called them. They told me that they need to charge me more because of the size. I agreed to pay the higher cost. We set up an appointment. They said that I didn’t need to be home for the installation. The installation went fine. Then they started calling me like a collections agency within a couple of days to collect. They called nonstop and left many messages and spoke with me several times, despite the invoice being only a few days old. This was very annoying, especially given that they didn’t call or follow up at all when I needed them.

We could not have received better customer service! From the initial phone call to the end of the job, every person was professional. This is the first place I’ll call if we ever need garage door work again.

Mammoth Door LLC was great! Very professional, showed up right on time, my emergency phone call/message was promptly returned, and the completed job was finished in perfect condition. Brian (who completed my job) was very polite, courteous, patient, and answered all of my questions after he completed the job. He also took the time to show me everything he'd done and how to work everything. He also let me test everything which took up even more of his time so I was very appreciative of that. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Replaced springs. Had to call to come back because door wouldn’t open or close from car. Came back and fixed.

Steve did a great job. He checked the senors also and told us what to look for to keep the door working better.

Very Good. All the work was done in 1/2 a day. Everything was cleaned up before they left.
