I primarily worked with Chris, who was easy to work with and very accommodating. He & I were able to figure out the best ways to handle the gate and fence piece installation via emails with pictures and a couple of phone calls. These steps were necessary due to my work schedule, and everything worked out exactly as I was hoping. I was not there during the install either, and when I came home & saw the result of our emails & phone calls, I was very pleased. I would hire them again, no question.

Completely satisfied with the work performed. Arrived on time when the date was scheduled. I did need to call because they did not call me with the designated time frame. Once I call then they responded promptly. Service tech very professional and knowledgeable.

He was very helpful. He repair my garage door and gave me suggestions on any other needed repairs on my door. He repaired the very quickly and was very helpful. He was also, very professional. I would definitely use them again.

Arrived on time ( a few minutes early), very professional. In addition to the roller replacement and tune-up, he fixed the exterior molding that had been installed poorly. Advised me about my door and opener and gave good advice. Will use them again if the need arises.

Ken arrived promptly. He was courteous and pleasant as well as knowledgeable. He replaced rollers, adjusted the door. He worked efficiently. I had just had the garage floor replaced and the door was uneven. He installed a weather strip that I had on hand and gave me some tips about keeping mice out. I would use this company again.

I contacted this provider last Friday, September 5 and they sent Ken out to fix the door. They responded within 1 hour of leaving the message for the emergency repair. Ken suggested at that time we contact Genie for help in repair as the garage door opener purchased in January 2014 from Home Depot was still under warranty. I did so and waited for the replacement parts. I then contacted them today again to have them help with these replacement parts. The provider responded to my email communications within 30 minutes to schedule an appointment today. They sent Ken to help fix the opener with the Genie replacement parts but the parts did not fix the issue with the opener not working. He discovered that there were many more broken pieces which appear to have broken due to improper installation by the door opener company sent by Home Depot. The opener, installed by the Home Depot recommended company, appears to have been installed at an angle which stripped and broke the parts. Based on that, I decided to have Ken install a new Liftmaster garage door opener. He installed the new opener in a timely manner and corrected the issues associated with the door/door opener which were introduced by the previous company. Ken was also very helpful in showing me how to use the door in case of a power outage as well as how to program the garage door opener if something should happen to the programming as well. I also had Ken measure my front door for a storm door installation. I will use them to do this purchase and installation as well. I would like to recommend this company and this repair person very highly. They are pleasant to deal with, very responsive to scheduling the visit as well as arrived very promptly to repair/replace the garage door opening.

They did a great job! The cost was exactly what they estimated it to be and the clean upw as great! I would recommend them!

They were fantastic and prompt. My doors were very old so I ended up purchasing new doors through them for a reasonable price. When they did the installation they told me there was some fault with the doors from the supplier and they would fix at no additional charge. The work was done beautifully. They are pristine and I would highly recommend them.

Brian called me shortly after I placed the order but I missed his call. I called him back the day after Labor Day about 9:40 a.m. His serviceman was here by 10:15 and everything was done by 11:30. He only charged me 1/2 price for the service call because I already had purchased services through you. The serviceman was outstanding and explained everything he was doing for me. Would highly recommend this service provider.

They came out and took care of it. I did have one issue come up but they came and fixed it right away. The service was good and they backed it up.

My husband was very impressed with the knowledge of the gentleman who performed the service. He was efficient and I would use this company again. This was a positive experience.

It went gteat. The salesman met a competitor's quote and the installer was professional and quick.

Ordered the Big Deal online and got a call back from them within minutes to set up the date and time for the work. They arrived at the stated time. Did the work outlined in the Big Deal and I also had them replace the seal on the bottom of the garage door. Very personable and professional. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to all.

The technician was punctual and professional. The work was done in an efficient manner and he took time to explain the work performed. I was very pleased with the quality and would highly recommend them.

Excellent service. The opener was installed the day after we called. Also purchased an extra opener and a key release. Very efficient installer.

Discovered a broken torsion spring on the garage door this morning, so I went straight to Angie's List. Although there were several with high ratings, Mammoth stood out. After reading the reviews, I called and left a voice message. Brian called back within 10 minutes and said he could have someone out between 11:00 AM and 1:00 AM. Ken arrived around 10:15 - he had tried to call but I was working outside and didn't heard the phone ring. He had both torsion springs (springs should be replaced in pairs, like brake pads or shocks on a car) replaced and the upward stop of the opener adjusted in less than half an hour. He was very personable and answered any questions that I had. I am completely satisfied and would recommend Mammoth to anyone.

Garage door jumped off the track suddenly, and of course woudn't close and damaging several parts . Called Mammoth mid morning when another local provider failed to respond. they gave me a 2 hour time window for the afternoon saying they'd come earlier if their schedule permitted. Brian arrived early and completed the fix quickly and showed me what was wrong and answered my questions. I got an Angies list discount. Pleased and would definitely use them again. Very quick, easy and professional.

Everything went very good. They came out the same day like the said they would. I'd definitely use them again.

The work cured the problem, at least for now. They recomend replacement of course. We"ll see.

They were wonderful but there was a mistake with the billing. I purchased a big deal through Angie's List for $99 but was charged an extra $120 which I paid with a check (check no: 4360) Maybe a week and a half later I received a call from the company saying that they realized that they had made a billing mistake and that I would be receiving a refund for the correction. The service was prompt and exceptional. I would recommend them and I'm sure there was just some kind of confusion when it came to the billing.
