They were very professional, very knowledgeable. Did a great job. They also provided water to all my flower beds by the way they installed the sprinkler heads. Thanks to Kisco, my yard looks great! I know that they will be my go to company for all my sprinkler system needs. I highly recommend them.

He did work very unapproved and then had the guts to not only charge me but take me to court before I could take him. Then lied through his teeth as did his wife and worker. I have never, every had problem like this and have used many off Angie's List and just general in our area. I have never seen someone go to such lengths to cheat someone. If he really needed the money that bad it was one thing, but we have now found on other sites and from word of mouth this is his general practice. They insisted they re-engineer my entire yard. I told them absolutely not. The system was only eight years old and he had in the past summer replaced almost all the heads we had. He was a week late showing up for the appointment as it was and I had to leave for an appointment. I came home to a $1,200 bill in my garage. I tried to contact him, as did my husband with no response. We mailed them a certified letter with a check for $200 which was more than it should have been to just hook back up a sprinkler hose. In court these two plus their worker lied through their teeth to an extent that shocked both my husband and myself. They tried to make it out as if I were afraid of my husband and what he would do when I showed him the bill. That I was a person that take multiple people to court. Both of which could not be farther from the truth. But this is the part that all need to beware and think about. When we were preparing things to go to court, we discovered that he had replaced more sprinkler heads than we even had in our yard. He only worked for us to open twice and close one. He acted like we had this long term "relationship". The judge ruled that we had a relationship that we did allow him to cheat us and therefore it was our fault that he did. He said his equipment was in the ground and we are still using it. For that the judge only made us pay $500 of the $1,200. What else could we do when he took all our original equipment out which was working perfectly and replaced it with his WITHOUT PERMISSION, in fact just the opposite. We had to pay $650 to have the too many sprinklers removed in areas that were now flooding and more put in in areas that our complete flower beds died from lack of water. We are people that always pay our bills, always tip when people do great work for us. We have never had this experience ever. But beware, they tell a good story, an even better lie, but if you are smart check this and other sites that they have not had friends pad. We even ran into an old friend and after talking told them the story only to find out she had the same experience but demanded they fix it and it was Kisco that did this to her also. They have many bad reviews which we wished now we had found before we ever let them step foot on our property. I give more good praise to people that deserve and have never given a bad review but truly beware of this company !

I know for a fact he does this often. Does work without getting permission. We have asked the last three visits to get a WRITTEN ESTIMATE FIRST but he only leaves you a bill when he finishes work he takes upon his self to do. Be ware, it seems to be a pattern. We had to pay $650.00 to correct the work he did with another reputable company. Lesson learned, if someone will not give you a written estimate, don't let them on your property to do the work.

They pointed out some issues with my sprinklers. They did a nice job and replaced a lot of sprinkler heads. Very nice and professional. I was very happy with them. A good family owned company that knows how to take care of it's customers.

Mike and his team were great. They went to extra lengths to ensure all areas of the lawn were covered by the new system, including installing additional sprinkler heads at no cost. When they accidentally cut the Comcast line, they had a guy out to fix it within hours. When Comcast "accidentally" cut the sprinkler electrical line, they came out to fix it at no cost.

I would never, never use this company again. And I am not the first person I know of that this has happened to. I had put in some extra parking in my yard and asked him to disconnect the one sprinkler head in the way and said I would have him back when work was completed to re hook up the head or line. When my parking was done, the only thing involved was ONE sprinkler head which was no longer needed so I just needed that line reconnected so that part of the yard at far end would work again. His wife told me they would have to plan a full day and come out to completely re-engineer my yard. I said absolutely not. That the suggestion was just crazy. I just needed the line hooked back up. Should take 10 minutes. The work was not done in the time frame they told me and so when I went to call them, I noticed he was actually out in my yard that morning (2 weeks past time work was supposed to be done). We discussed putting in a soaker hose in a front flower bed which he said would be $150 dollars. I left to run errands and when I came home my yard was a mess and no soaker hose. But there was a bill at my door for $1200. I was so upset I called him immediately and was talked to as if I were stupid. "Most of my clients allow me to use my professional knowledge to do what I want" I was told. He put sprinkler heads and pop up sprinklers in place we plan to dig up and plant. He did not even have the respect to ask us our future plans, just did what he wanted. We counted on our bills over the past year and we have been charged for replacing more sprinkler heads than we even have. When I asked where were my NEW sprinkler heads that he took out and replaced again, he said "they were dirty and it takes me more of my time to clean them than to replace them". I had no construction or any other reason for them to be dirty and that again - IS MY CHOICE NOT HIS TO REPLACE, RE-ENGINEER OR REDIRECT MY YARD, NOT HIS. My husband is considering taking legal action we are so upset. When telling this story to a very dear friend, she said the exact thing just happened to her. She then told me the name of her sprinkler company and guess what, it is the same company. Very bad and unprofessional practice.

When I first called, she couldn't give me an appoitment before 2 weekw. However, since this a bad leak, she said someone would take a look at te end of the day on Sat., Sun. or Mon. Someone came about 5:00 P.M. on Mon. He took the part that had the leak apart. He checked in his truck and said he did not have the part and would have the lady order it with a rush. I waited a couple of weeks and called two days in a row, but never recieved a call back. I had explained that all I wanted was an update.

Be careful, I was charged $350.00 to install a 1" main backflow (for a $60.00 part and $290.00 install that took less the 30 minutes) which was more then double the other quotes I received after the fact. Make sure you shop this company first otherwise you will get rolled on the pricing. If you don't care about getting a good price (this is one of the reasons that I joined Angie's list) for competitive workmanship then just let Kisco do the work, they do a good job but there is much better pricing available on Angie's list for good quality contractors in the lawn irrigation market. Just something to think about, good luck with your selection.

Sprinkler system in need of many repairs. Team was able to come out same day to fix main concerns. Spent much more time than they had expected. Explained everything done as well as what was needed. Even gave us some tips to save us money on the future repairs. Great company!!

I called, they were busy so I couldn't get an appointment for two weeks, they came and did the job, everything was great.

We have used Kisco for more than 10 years. They installed an irrigation system at our previous house and have maintained the system at our present home. They are always very through in their work, professional and punctual. Brian and his crew check everything out every spring and fall and repair and replace parts only as needed. They also do a good job of educating me on how to maintain the system. They do their work and leave without making a mess.

Generally pleased but it took 1+ week to get them out , then 3 weeks to have them return to complete the job. They were quite busy - a fact that I can appreciate.

I have used several lawn irrigation services, in the past, with inconsistent results and/or poor workmanship. A few years ago, I found Kisco, and have been happy ever since! Michael, the owner, is pleasant and professional. He has integrity, is reliable and has a work ethic where his goal is to provide excellent work and superior customer service. He does not try to sell things. His suggestions always make sense. The young man who often accompanies Michael, is professional, and although quiet, a very nice guy! Michael remembers previous conversations we've had, which is a nice personal touch. I highly recommend Kisco.

I have been using Kisco for several years (turn on sprinklers, winterize and come out as needed), and have never failed to be impressed with them. I probably went through four other companies, that did less than stellar work, were not timely, were very costly, and sometimes could not fix problems I was having with sprinklers...very frustrating and expensive experiences. Michael fixed the problem on his first visit (this was maybe 3 years ago) and has continued to provide high quality work, each year. Michael and the young man who helps him, are friendly, knowledgeable and get the job done. They remember my preferences, remember some common interests to chitchat about. Tammy, Michael's wife, makes appointments, and she is always very friendly.
