Service person was very knowledgeable about the installation process. They arrived as planned, did the work in a timely manner and made sure to clean up after themselves. I will definitely refer anyone who needs such services to AV Concepts.

The usual took time to runwire and hook up. Cleaned up afterward to our satisfaction. Will use in the future if I upgrade my system.

I found this company through their website and contacted them after several failed attempts with other companies that were not willing to accommodate my specialized Audio Visual needs. What's more, my service request was more of a last minute call since my original vendor also ended up having to cancel (I guess other jobs were more important to them :-( . As a result, these guys at AVC really came in to save the day for me and my household by not only providing me top notch professional service but by really working with me every step of the way to make sure I got exactly what I needed and wanted. What's more, they gave me a great consultation session where they explained ways to enhance/improve my audio visual setup and showed me how to maximize my and quot;at homeand quot; movie experience with my next setup in Chicago. Afterwards, they removed all my existing components and plasmaTVs from my home and safely packaged my equipment while repairing and patching up the holes made from the original installation. This helped me pass my move-out inspection with my outgoing landlord. This whole process occurred seamlessly and they met the tight deadline I had with my moving company. Furthermore, since they were traveling to a business conference in Chicago, they offered to install my components and TVs in my new location which I gladly expected. The day of the installation in my new home was great. The guys really know their stuff and would regularly suggest ways to improve the positioning of the cabling, etc. such that it would improve the aesthetic and use of my systems. Furthermore, they would regularly check in with me to see how I liked a certain adjustment, etc. Because of my job, I've been relocated to many cities and had many different contractors perform installs and I will say that AVC was the best company I've worked with. Unlike most other companies I've experienced that just come in to and quot;throwand quot; things up and then are ready to leave before giving you a chance to make adjustments, the guys at AVC really show that they care about the effect you are trying to achieve and literally and figuratively go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with their work. They also take their time and provide due care to your property all while doing their work at a fee that I found more than reasonable. I highly recommend this company and can't say enough about how pleasant it was to work with them.
