custom cabinets, countertops
 + 0 moreRequest for estimate to repair / replace Avonite kitchen island countertop in June of 2012 via phone. Rick responded quickly, was professional, came to my home, looked at countertop, took measurements, & stated he would email a quote. No Response received. As this is one of few companys that work with Avonite coutertops, went to place of buisness & was told by Rick that lack of response likely due to computer error & that qoute would be located & sent via E-mail. Email reviewed & confirmed with company at this time. Also sat down with designer to look at bathroom cabinets & countertops. Again no response. Left message on company website with my phone number & followed up with phone call when no response received. Assured by person answering the phone that she would make sure that Rick aware of message. No quote or call received. No further contact initiated.
