Bob's Custom Trim, Inc

Bob was very professional and very open to my requests and concerns. My next project would be siding, and Bob's Custom Trim would be my FIRST choice for a contractor.

Prompt is not a good enough discription of this gentleman. Bob made contact quickly, set an appointment and gave a call when he was on the way (before the scheduled appointment time). He and the gentleman with him were both professional and informative. I shall call Bob for more work in the near future.

I never really met him, my daughter met and talked to him and thought highly of him. I had 3 estimates and Bob does things a little different then the others, but he listened to me and did what I wanted, not totally what I thought but close. I really picked this company becase I like the gutter sheilds

I was impressed that Bob waited for a rainy day to see what was going on with my gutters. He was very well informed and it was the first time in a long time that I had faith in someone coming to do repairs. He showed up when he said he would. There was a problem after the gutters were fixed and Bob came out the next day and fixed the problem. Without hesitation I would highly recommend Bob to my family and friends

I have had a recurring leak around a window and know one seemed to be able to fix it. I have had a thermographic company come out and find the area of the possible leak. Two other siding companies were of little help, one put a nail in a piece of trim and the other said I needed to re-side the side of my house for $2,500. Mr. Frink was very professional and spent plenty of time on my issue. He identified possible problem areas were water could be infiltrating and caulked them. He believes this less expensive approach could solve my problems instead of just replacing everything like others suggested. He seems very honest and I definitely recommend him.

Bob was very friendly, courteous and helpful. There was no price gouging or attempts to recommend services that were not needed. He called when he said he would and was here in the timeframe he said he'd be here. The whole experience was a pleasure. Bob fixed the problem in about an hour and did a great job. It was clear that he knew what he was doing. I would recommend him to anybody.

We had many contractors not even show up for estimates. Of them that came Bob stood out from the rest. He is very honest, pricing was fantastic, work was awesome! He is a very cordial and friendly. He takes the time to explain details and after work is complete takes you thru it to show you for complete satisfaction. I would without doubt hire him and his Co. again...maybe doing so very soon!

Bob provides excellent service, great communication, and I am very happy with his work. I had another company come out and put up some seamless gutters up and they didn't do it right and the gutter pulled away from the house. Bob came in and straightened it all out in less than an hour.
