I got an estimate for a roof replacement from several companies including L&S. The sales rep, Jacob, did an excellent presentation so even though they were the highest estimate by quite a bit, I decided to hire them. Jacob described all the materials they would use, how they would be used, what extra costs could arise (like additional wood), so there were no "surprises". I am very pleased with my new roof. Neighbors have commented on it. I would definitely recommend L&S.

The workmanship is good, the salesman provided a clear analysis and project plan. The paper quote did not indicate a project total and was disorganized. The project was started and completed ahead of schedule.

Sales was very informative re materials and dealing with unknowns once they stripped the old roof, explained possible cost overruns. The work crew was capable and efficient, and very courteous. Damaged roof deck was identified in several areas and replaced. New underlayment and ice dam membrane and 30 year premium shingles installed. Start to finish including cleanup 9 hours. After they left you could not tell they had been there. Professional follow-up and inspection of the completed job. Outstanding. Homeowners be advised you will be responsible for the cost of the permit ~$800 in my case. Not included in the cost of construction. Very pleased. Outstanding work, guys.

The price I paid for the gutters was a good price. I paid for the fascia boards when they were rotten. I dont like paying $500 for 6 pieces of wood.

Great service. The job was much pricier than expected but overall the quality was top notch and very professional.

This company really wanted to help us! They went over and beyond what other companies wanted to do! Our roof was only 3 yrs old but previous owner had blown in insulation done in the attic which did not supply any air from breathing through! My ceilings were cracking in the master bedroom and bath. Other companies just wanted to put another roof but this company provided vents where later down the road I would have them install a new roof when needed. Hired for Whole Home Gutter Replacement Project. They weren't the cheapest but they were fast, provided a good quality product, customer service and follow up.

I hired them to do a tear off and install of the roof on the garage and house. They did a fantastic job and were very affordable. This was the most professional roof job that I have ever seen. They came by the day before and dropped off the materials. The next morning at 9 am they were here promptly and had completed the job by 4 pm that day. They did a thorough job cleaning up and have magnets on wheels to pick up the nails. The next day they called me and made sure that we were satisfied with the roof job. Absolutely! I have also not seen too many companies that are not only true to price quoted but also so concerned about how satisfied we were as customers. I work in retail and I have to tell you that this is how all companies should be. Fantastic Job!

Tony Combs came out to my house to give me a quote for my gutter/downspout project. I truly appreciated his honesty regarding my roof when he mentioned about replacing it in 2-3yrs. L&S were able to come out to my property ASAP because my gutters were falling apart and I was having water issues in my basement. I found a leak in my garage roof in the middle of winter. Because the roof was 25 years old I chose to replace rather than fix it. I was very impressed with the sales rep, Tony Combs, and I am equally impressed with L&S. They came out and put a new roof on right after a huge snowstorm. They were very professional and did a great job--my new roof is gorgeous. There was one thing that they had agreed to do but which didn't happen. As soon as they realized this oversight, they sent out a crew to fix the problem immediately. My only regret is that I didn't have them do my house roof when it needed replaced a few years ago. I strongly recommend them.

Even though the job was delayed because of Covid-19 material deliveries, Heather kept me informed. The crew did a top-notch job and project manager, Bob addressed all my concerns and followed up. I would recommend L and S to anyone doing home improvement.
