L & S exceeded my expectations. They showed up on time, worked hard all day long, and did a very good clean-up. Even though one of the roofers smoked like a chimney, I didn't find a single cigarette but in my yard or on my drive. The roof looks great and I suspect it'll outlive me. If anybody asks, I will strongly recommend them.

Everyone that we dealt with from L&S provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. They communicated quickly, effectively, and thoroughly explained all details to us. The workers were very respectful and responsible, and got the job done quickly! They left our property cleaner than it had been, and the new roof on our home and garage look great! The company promptly called us to schedule a follow-up meeting and walk through after the project was complete. We don't have any complaints, other than wishing that homeowner expenses were cheaper!

L&S did a great job on my roof. There was one minor issue that, when brought to their attention, was immediately cleared up. They are a stand up company and one I would recommend to anyone.

I have had a great experience. They answered every question I had with no issues. My salesperson person James was great, didn't try and sell me something I didn't want and was only at the house for somewhere around hour.

It was refreshing to work with a company that seems to have it all together! They were in constant contact and they were prompt and did their job quickly and efficiently.

I had a question/concern on a Friday evening regarding my Saturday-scheduled work, I was able to reach my contact at L&S and have my question/concern addressed quickly and completely. Replace roof and gutters Years ago you could easily find a hard working crew with an honest company to help you with your home improvements. We have found it’s not that way anymore. The good news is there are some good companies still out there and I’m so happy that we found such a good company that not only has good work ethics but also are honest and fair. We were told we would get high quality brand name products and that is what was delivered and used. We were surprised and very happy with the price. They were even transparent about the price of the building permit they only charged us the exact cost. Everyone that came to our home were very nice and respectful. The crew were very hard workers. The job was done surprisingly fast. And that includes the cleanup. We have 3 dogs that have free run of our backyard and we were very concerned they would find nails or other scrap. It has been over a week and we haven’t found anything left over. We appreciate the respect they gave to our yard and roof. The project was 90% acceptable . The team was great! They consistently showed up on time and they finished the project in one day. Unfortunately, they didn't use the Owens Corning underlayment. The product they showed me before I signed the contract. The other issue was that after finishing the project, they asked me to pay extra money to cover the permit fee !! That was unacceptable especially if you deal with a respected company .

Very good cleanup job.

First class professionals from first contact with Kathryn through installation through clean up. This was a great experience for me. I have had another roof done a long time ago and the people did such a poor job cleaning up and removing the nails that I was hesitant about having another one done. I couldn't have been more wrong. Here it is over a week later and I have still not seen a single nail anywhere around my house. Bravo L & S!
