Owner and crew were rude, disrespectful and dishonest. Damaged my furniture, denied responsibility and did not make good on agreement to repair.

I am the owner of Independent Moving and I have never moved anyone to this address nor anyone by the name of (member name removed). I resolve any complaints personally so I would encourage whoever posted this review to contact me personally at 248 548-0125. My employees as well as myself are professional and courteous. In the rare instance where any damage occurs, the damages are always compensated with a repair, replacement or reimbursement. Not sure if a competitor placed this review on my company but I hope anyone reading this realizes that this review is bogus.
