The floors are beautiful. Took numerous calls to get a date and there was no follow up till the workmen showed up. But, the team worked fast and were very polite and personable. I suggested that the firm employ a professional project and customer communications manAger. That would have made for a better experience.

From start to finish there was good communication and excellent customer service. Their work was of the highest quality. The installers were courteous and efficient and everything was completed on time. I would most assuredly use them for any future projects I might have.
