Try very hard.

Jackie called the day after I requested via E mail contact and was over to make an estimate in days. We were undecided what to do about our yard and she suggested raising the soil level and reseeding over what was already growing. Within a few the days the work was done. A week later we had little grasses reaching for the sky. We still have a few spots that need a little filling in and one area we need to add a bit of soil but overall the yard looks 100% better and as the grass gets a better established it improves every day. Since the job Jackie contacted us twice to make sure everything was still going well. Jackie was a really nice person and I wouldn't think twice about who to hire if I need landscape help in the future.

Working with Jackie has been nothing short of a great experience! My time line for getting everything done was really short, I had extended family coming in from out of town & needed this work done withing 2 weeks. I called many other crews & they we're slammed until September! But after hearing my delima, Jackie worked me into her tight schedule & helped with with guidance & steps needed to get this job done. She & her crew came out on time & were spot on in every way. They were very nice, professional & meticulous about getting the job done right. & when they left, everything was cleaned up. The only thing they left me was a GREAT LOOKING YARD! I can't say enough how great it was to find "Complete Landscaping"! I for sure will use them again. Also, I was able to get 2 other quotes (before I found Complete Landscaping) & Complete Landscaping came in about the same ($100 less). So I know, her prices are very competitive & honest. From the first phone call to the final installation - Jackie did a truly outstanding job. She took care of care of every little detail and asked though out the installation if I was satisfied or wanted anything changed. It was very obvious working with Jackie that she takes great pride in the work her and her team do. The before and after pictures are astonishing!!!!

They did a great job. The owner, Jackie, called a week ahead and the morning of to prepare me for how everything was going to happen. They showed up on time and were efficient, thorough and professional. They did a few extras here and there to make sure the job was done well and that I would feel like the whole job was finished when they left. For example, the trimmed the bushes and trees so that I wouldn't have to do it myself and get clippings all over the new mulch. They cleaned everything up when they were finished and I was left with a cleaned up landscaping that seemed like new. I would absolutely use Complete Landscaping again, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for landscaping and general yard work services.

From the moment I sent Jackie at Complete Landscaping an e-mail requesting an estimate until the work was completed I knew that we had made the right decision. Jackie responded the same day and we set up an appointment for her to come out to give us an estimate. She confirmed prior to our appointment and came out on time and spent quite a bit of time going over everything we wanted done, including taking measurements, and providing suggestions for our landscaping needs. Jackie was the ONLY company out of 8 that actually provided us with 4 detailed estimates so we could see the actual breakdown for supplies & labor for all of the landscape work we needed done in our front and back yards; everyone else either never showed up or we received vague estimates for prices per man, per hour without telling us how many men, how many hours, the cost of materials etc. Jackie and her staff were so nice, and very professional. The attention to detail, and quality of their work made us feel as if they were working on their own yards. We have had some very bad experiences with landscapers prior to this, so we joined Angie's List and this is where we found Jackie & I'm so glad that we did. One of the things that I really like and respect about Jackie is she actually returns phone calls, & e-mails in a timely manner. If she says she's going to show up at a certain time she shows up at that time. She was originally going to be at our home earlier this morning, but due to the rain yesterday it put her a little behind in picking up supplies. She e-mailed me to let me know there would be a time change and she and her crew showed up right on time and got to work. We highly recommend Jackie and Complete Landscaping. We have found her prices to be fair, but it was her professionalism, honesty, and quality of work that will keep us coming back to her for all of our landscaping needs. We will definitely recommend Complete Landscaping to our family, friends, & colleagues.
