From the very beginning, Jackie with Complete Landscaping has been a delight to work with! Our initial visit was to assess our landscaping needs, take measurements and review multiple planting options. On the second visit she reviewed a design drawing with suggested flowers/bushes, etc. She took into consideration the "look" we were going for and the plant preferences and colors we were interested in. Jackie reconfirmed all aspects of the plan and provided an estimate which we felt was very fair based on all the various work components and the varieties of plants. She provided a date for the project to be started/completed and followed up several days before that date to confirm the schedule. On the day of our "backyard transformation" she and her talented crew arrived and immediately began working. Jackie requested my feedback throughout the on-going project so that I would be completely satisfied with not only the quality of their work but also the overall look of the transformation. Everyone on the crew worked hard and we ended up with a fabulous looking backyard that was over and above our expectations! Jackie and her staff of three were here in the morning with two trucks, one full of equipment and a truck full of beautiful plants and bushes. They worked 8 hours straight in the sweltering heat. They worked continuously. Jackie made sure we had our input and was very willing to please. She was very concerned for her staff that they were hydrated. That impressed me. She also was concerned for the client's welfare. Jackie knew I was going in for surgery and did the landscaping in time so I would be able to enjoy it as I recuperate. I'm excited to see the plants in their glory as each season arrives. Thank you Jackie

Wow, what good work Jackie and her team provided in giving my yard a makeover. I needed everything: old dead evergreens removed and new ones replanted, spring clean up/beds weeded out, trees and beds trimmed, mulch laid out for front and side yard, and disposal of leaves/debris. Jackie and her team did an excellent job with my yard/landscape makeover. Jackie threw in extras without additional cost. Jackie and crew....thank you. GREAT WORK!

It was such a pleasure working with Jackie and her team. First she was very easy to get a hold of and was quick to respond to any message or email that I left / sent her. We had a small change in our schedule but she was still able to adjust her already booked schedule to get our job done. Her team showed up bright and early on a Saturday morning, walked my whole yard with me so that everyone was on the same page with exactly what was being done. I would absolutely recommend her company to everyone that I know. We already plan on calling them back next year for a different project.

They did fantastic work and were great to work with. Very professional but approachable and I could tell the Jackie really cared that I was happy with the project! I would use the again in the future and absolutily recommend their service to my friends and family.

Crew came in and completed job, cleaned up afterwards without any issues as far as we were concerned. There was a lot a debris and we were thankful for a job well done.

We had jackie and crew do some work for us last year in our bakyard. After the hard winter the grass she planted and yards of dirt she installe dneeded a little smoothing out an few spots needed reseeding. We wanted to keep the mmomentum of havoing grass out back so we went back to ask for her advise. We are very pleased with the work. The grass is growing the hardscape looks great and we would recommend he rto anyone we knew who needed landscaping work performed.

Jackie gave me a detailed estimate of work to be done. The work was completed as specified and on budget and on time. Some extra work was done at no charge. Very high quality results. And also very good communication.

They are wonderful, absolutely fabulous and outstanding. They are very prompt, very friendly and very efficient. They are also very concerned and they have good value.

Jackie and her crew arrived at 7:00 am and had the work done very fast. They removed all the bushes I had asked them to remove, and filled in the holes. You can't even tell there were ever bushes where they removed them. They also cut the grass and trimmed, which was not expected. I was charged less than the initial quote which was a nice surprise. There was no mess left at all, nothing. If I need work done in the future I will look no further than Complete Landscaping.

The service was prompt an very neatly done, the owner came and did the job her self, and was asked what area to clear and where to put the snow when ploughed. this company does a complete job both winter and summer and I will be using them all year around.

When I called Jackie, I was desperate for lawn service since my husband was unable to keep up with our lawn due to our company's busy summer. She was able to accommodate me the next day by sending Trevor & his team! That was in the middle of August; we finished the season in October. When I have concerns about the weekly service, I address it with Trevor, in my yard; he & the team make the necessary changes on the spot. He has always been very polite. He listens well and explains why if the request is not possible or if we need to make a compromise. I have also discussed other yard projects with Jackie. She has been very punctual and timely in her response & has been accommodating to my schedule.
