 + -1 moreGordon was great, took a 4 hour project for me and did it in 1.5 hrs. We booked on relatively short notice and he was able to accommodate a weekend time slot. Wore shoe covers in the house and kept the place clean before and after. He made sure we were happy with the positioning of the mount before calling it quits. You really can't beat the service we received at the price.

 + -1 moreVery good communication from the start (I hired A O Installations after Amazon installation services totally dropped the ball...Amazon emailed me 8 minutes before the service was scheduled saying their installer had cancelled at the last second...and Amazon could not provide a replacement...absolutely awful). So I requested service after the unbelievable Amazon experience, A O Installations responded to the inquiry within 5 minutes, provided pricing and stated they would complete the job the next day. Very good ongoing communications... So when the time came for the install everything was handled very professionally, very friendly, at promised price. Overall very pleased with the service and overall experience...Gordon is #1 in my book!
