Description of Work: They did not respond to my original call. Finally I got a hold of them, and they came out. They told me they would fax me an estimate and it has been two weeks later and still nothing.

 + -1 moreJoe, his son and other 2 employees that worked on the installation were professional, helpful and cleaned up after the job very well. His son was very helpful with programming the remote and explaining it all to me. I even had to call them 2-3 times over the next few months for them to walk me through a few things. They, again were very accommodating and were even willing to come by and fix it for me. We wish we had done it sooner! We will never go back to a standard TV.
Description of Work: My husband and I had a 50'' plasma screen TV mounted on our GR wall and a surround sound system installed. They had to do a lot of wiring, and the cost included all the equipment including the TV, DVD player, surround sound system, speakers, subwoofer and stand to hold all equipment.
