Everything was great from start to finish. As I mentioned above, I appreciate that the salesman from Sitescape took the time to listen to our input and he gave us valuable advice based on our wants and needs. Once we agreed on a design and a price (in early March 2012), we have to wait about 3 weeks for the Michigan weather to warm up enough for the planting. I got a phone call from Aaron in late March (on March 28th) notifiying me that a work crew would be coming the next day to begin. These men came and installed everything efficiently and correctly and were done by the same afternoon. Most impressive is that they cleaned up after themselves as they worked and left my yard spotless. I was going to submit this review in March but my wife wanted to wait and see how healthy the plants were once they took root and started growing. It's now been almost 3 months - and everything looks great. I would recommend that anyone who needs landscaping work done at their home consider using Sitescape for two reasons: (1) they do great work and (2) they do not try to sell you extra stuff you don't need. That combination is rare in my experiance.

Aaron arrived promptly at the time scheduled and spent plenty of time with me discussing the scope of the work to be done. The estimate was reasonable, not the lowest and not the highest of the estimates I obtained. The work was scheduled and the crew arrived on the scheduled day to begin. The project was completed within the anticipated timeframe and I am very happy with the results. Communication at all stages of the project was very good and I would have no problem in recommending Site Scape or hiring them again for any future landscaping and brick paver needs.

Met with Aaron to do the quote, he was great to work with, excellent ideas and a great understanding of his business. He responded with the quote the next day (yea, I was pretty impressed too!). SiteScape was great to work with on scheduling, we were having a lot of things done which would interfere with the landscaping, so they really worked around our schedule. The job started on 5-31 and finished up today (6-4), I have never see people work so hard! Eric and the guys were terrific to work with, answering all my questions and making adjustments when I asked them to. The performance, quality, and professionalism of this company was second to none. I want to thank Aaron, Eric, and the rest of the crew for the job they did, now I have the best looking house on the block thanks to them. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work at a reasonable price. They will be coming back in the fall to take on the second phase of the project, repeat business only happens when you do it right the first time... Thanks to SiteScape for a job well done!!!

Keven and his crew did a great job of updating our somewhat overgrown landscaping with many new plantings. We also had his crew at our house last year and we were very happy with all their work. This is the reason we had them back again this year to do more extensive landscaping. Sitescape earned their all "A" ratings.

I called to have someone come over to give me a second quote on a Paving job in my backyard. I called on the 22nd of May and was told Aaron would call me back in the afternoon or the next day. I was told they were scheduling for the end of June at that point. By Thursday noon, I called to find out why I had not recieved a call back yet. I was told that Aaron would call me but they were recieving about fifty calls a day and at that point, it would be mid-June before Aaron would even be out to look at our project and give us a quote, and thay were scheduling for mid-August . I wonder if Aaron had called back when I was told, if I would be looking at a closer date. Obviously, this company is too busy to take on anymore work and do not feel a phone call when promised means anything. No Company should make you feel like they are doing you a favor by doing work for you. Not only did they lose a seven thousand dollar job, they lost more work with my neighbors who were relying on me for feedback on who we had do our work. Sure is a nice website though

This property had not been properly serviced in a while. They came out, told us what they thought we needed, gave us a quote, and arrived right when they said they would. Guys, power equipment, tractors on a couple of trucks swarmed my property for maybe two hours. The flower beds were defined from the grass when they left (not so much before). The flower beds were so cleaned up, I was worried the perrenials would not come back (they did, in full force). Huge shrubs way beyond there prime gone without a trace.

We very much enjoyed our experience with SiteScape! Aaron from Sitescape was very attentive to our needs and was willing to work with us to make sure we were happy with the plan, the work process and our budget. Our biggest expense and biggest concern was the paver patio. We chose Sitescape because of their experience in this area and willingness to work with our design and cost needs while getting a quality product. Aaron brought samples and offered to meet us at local patio supply stores to discuss options. Eric, the on-site crew leader was very attentive, and he and his work crew of 2, completed the job in just over 2 weeks time (rain delays) by working as hard as a small army. Materials arrived only when needed, which kept the work area clean and the neighbors happy. In the evenings the area was cleaned up before going home. It went very smoothly from start to finish. All work was completed as was agreed to prior to the job. We were consulted throughout the process to make sure we liked the way it looked and they were very obliging to our request for changes, if needed. We did not feel the need to be home to watch over the work. Both Aaron and Eric were available in person or by phone whenever we had questions. We could not recommend Sitescape more!

They were very easy to work with. We wanted to tweak the first design that Aaron gave us. It was quickly done to meet our request. They were punctual and completed the work in professional manner. Eric,the work leader, was very professional. They are trustworthy.

They just do a really good job. They are very thorough. You can talk to them before they do the job and just go over everything that needs to be done. I like them. They are a little bit high on pricing.

I bought the Big Deal coupon they are offering through this list. Became nervous that i was now locked in and since i live alone they could do just about zero work and I wouldn't have any solid way to push back. Talked to Kevin (the President) about what I needed done and he felt it would cost $1200 total. I asked what they would do for just the price of the coupon. His explanation was reasonable and I went for the total job. Again i didn't see any of the work happen just the results (I work long hours). The yard had become completely overgrown after years of neglect. They made it look like a park yet kept the theme of the surrounding woods. ie they didn't clear cut the vegetation they LANDSCAPED it. it looks great. Then Tracy calls me the next week and says they over estimated the time it would take them and the cost of the debris removal by about $200. So they ran the charge card for the lower amount. These guys are artists, first class business people, and honest.

.Sitescape gets all "A's" for a great landscaping job. Three men arrived at 9 AM and worked all day until the job was finished. They effectively turned a jungle landscaped back yard into a place of landscaped beauty. The workers were very hard working and offered many suggestions to make things right.

They started at 8:30am and worked until done which was approximately 2:00pm. Before doing any work, Aaron went to my neighbor's house to explain that they would be doing some work and assure them that nothing on their property would be damaged. The workers took no breaks and kept us advised on how things were going, while confirming that what they were doing was exactly what we wanted. Everything was cleaned up with no dirt left on the driveway etc. We are 100% pleased with the results and would recommend Sitescape to anyone wanting landscaping done.

It was great. We would recommend them. They are really friendly. They deliver on their promises. The work was done when they said. They are reasonably priced.

It went well; everything as planned. People were helpful, friendly and responsive throughout. Regarding my ratings above, I did not get competitive bids so I wasn't sure how to rate price. The 'B' for quality had to do with some stones in the topsoil. This is the first time I've ordered topsoil so I wasn't sure exactly what to expect. It wasn't inundated with stones by any means, but there were some stones in the mix.

We originally planned to do a much more elaborate patio plan, but due to factors beyond our control (job relocation), we had to scale back significantly. Aaron at Sitescape took this all well in stride, and worked with us to cut about 1/3 of our original bill/cost. We did this by scaling way back on our original plans and reusing some pavers from our previous patio. Aaron helped design the "cost friendly" plan. The outcome was very nice. Thanks to Aaron's design, we only increased the patio size a small bit, but it felt significantly larger. In addition, the patio looks absolutely beautiful - a top notch job. It definitely looks like professionals did the work. The Sitescape folks were very good about being aware of creeping into our difficult neighbors yard next door (even though he sat watching them from his car on lunch break one day)! They went to extreme measures to make sure they clearly were only on our property. I've had lots of bad experiences with all sorts of contractors, but none with Sitescape. They were not cheap, but you definitely got a high quality job for the price.

We are very pleased with the result. The design met our wishes. Jon Cohen is very pleasant and professional. The installers were careful, neat and courteous. I highly recommend SiteScape, Inc.

The landscapers were courteous and answered our questions. They were on time for the work and did things the way we asked them to. Everything is growing well and our lawn looks great.
