+ -1 moreWORK WAS OK AND THEY WERE WILLING TO DO THE WORK WHILE I WAS AT WORK AND ABLE TO COME BACK WHEN IT WAS FINISHED. I HAD TO GET BACK TO WORK BUT LATER A FRIEND SAID A TILE WAS MISSING ON THE RIGHT WALL. WHEN I CONTACTED PRENGA THEY SAID THE TILE CAME LIKE THAT. NO TILE EXPERT WOULD PUT A TILE IN BACKWARDS AS FAR AS IM CONCERNED. I CONTACTED PRENGA TWICE AFTER THIS TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM AND HE HAS STILL NOT CAME BACK TO FIX THE ONE TILE

He was kind and helpful with the products we chose and what would be best for the job. He protected our flooring for when he would have to move in and out with messy items. The floor itself looks fantastic!! He did a wonderful job and we would hire him again!
