Very well. Dwayne Hrynyk, the owner, came by himself to do the project. He was very good to work with. He is also a good salesman....I was not completely decided about adding 8 inches or 11, and he talked me into going all the way to 11 inches...which took the original R-19all the way up to R-60 They showed up right on time, were careful not to make too much of a mess.

Edit: Gas company paid the rebate - of course it was $125.00. We were misled about this, so if you use this company beware of the practice of inflating rebates to make the job seem less costly, when you will likely NOT get the inflated rebate. If the form says $125, then plan on $125, even if 'Dwayne' crosses out the $125 and puts $250. I believe this is unethical. This is a tough review for me. Mostly because the job they did was good, they showed up on time, and it was a very nice improvement to the 'feel' of the home. Overall I can't fault them when considering the raw workmanship they did, which is why I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1. The problem is with the owner. I believe he misled us on the rebate practices and amounts from our gas company. He stated the rebate was 'double' what it actually was, and I believe this statement was made to make the price of the job feel less than it actually was. The form he brought clearly stated what the gas company pays, but he crossed it off, doubled it, and said 'this is what it really is'. The problem is I called the gas company and got confirmation from several different people there, including the rebate department that this contractor wasn't being forthright with me. When I questioned him on this he became very irate, insulting, and threatened legal action if I 'said anything' about this. Seriously guy? His harsh reaction doesn't lend much comfort to the idea it may simply be a 'misunderstanding' It's a shame this is the way they conduct business as I was ready to refer them to not only area residents, but the corporations we work for. Again, the work they did was quality, and I appreciate it. But you need to be totally honest with customers if you want a successful business.
