Description of Work: The removed saw dust from a tree that was removed and replace it with "top soil". Well, the "top soil" turned out to be fill with lots of large rocks with poor nutrition. So, the grass seed they planted didn't germinate properly. I called many times to have them come over to resolve the issue, but they never actually showed up to fix it. In the end, I'm left with a large patch of grass/weeds with large rocks that get into the lawn mower.

Description of Work: I recently moved into a home where the yard was severely neglected. There were years worth of leaves and weeds matted to the grass and the flowerbeds were hidden by the leaves. Total Lawn Care visited the home the day of my phone call and gave me a competitive quote. I agreed to the quote, and they were out the next day.

 + -1 moreLawn care is a weekly service. Before we contracted them we talked to the owner and a forman about our expectatiions. We have a landscaped triple lot property and we do like our lawn looking great. It seems that all the promises on our requests went out the chimney. The patios are not being blown off, the porch is not being blown off,the driveway is barely being blown off. All the junk off the driveway is being blown on the grass. The grass around the stones is not trimmed properly. My flowers are blown over with the blower. If there are sticks on the lawn they are just being run over. Horrible!!!

 + -1 moreExcellant and reliable service. I did have a problem only once because the snow was not cleared out properly. When I called the company, I talked to someone who was responsive, and the issue was resolved immediately. They even went beyond what I had requested that they do to correct the problem. In general, the crew did a good job, and I was pleased with their work.

 + 0 moreTotal Lawn Care, Inc. is a very reliable lawn service. They will also do extras such as re-setting my bricks around the lawn. They are willing to do anything and charge an hourly rate for extras. The price I told you is just for the mowing each time.
Description of Work: They mowed my 1/4 acre yard. They also trimmed and weeded. They use a hand mower in my back yard because I'm particular about how I want my lawn mowed.
