Service Master Don't Panic

Horrible job - Our basement flooded from ground water back up (sump pump failed) 1. No Estimate provide prior to work beginning, after work started or when they came to pick up their equipment. Insurance adjuster had to request the invoice for us to know the cost. 2. Did not open up any spots in the dry wall to inspect if any water had made it to the insulation. Had a 2nd company out for repairing the basement who found water in the insulation and stud tracks in the walls which required additional dehumidifiers placed and additional demo work not completed by ServiceMaster. 3. Took up sections of the carpet in areas that were not wet, but left carpet in areas that were wet. Ended up with moldy carpet & had to replace all. 4. Called office 3 times and left voice mails stating my dissatisfaction and trying to find out when they would return for their dehumidifiers and what the cost was so far - Finally called back 3 days later and stated I didn't call the right guy at their location. Would never use this service provider again nor recommend to anyone. Poor communication, unprofessional and unresponsive to customer dissatisfaction.
