Description of Work: Steam cleaned all carpets and fabric chairs and also steam cleaned all cubicle walls. Much better than last year. They came in they did the work and were out in the time they had estimated they would be done and out of the building.

Description of Work: I went on Angie's List to find a carpet cleaner. I found a big deal for $210. that didn't exactly include the specific areas I needed cleaning so I called the company and spoke to a rep. She gave me a figure that was similar in price to the big deal and I asked if it would be okay to use Angie's List, she seemed to agree that I could use the big deal. When I called to make the appointment I spoke to a Kathy who said since I didn't have exactly the areas to be cleaned that were on the big deal I couldn't use the coupon. So I told her that I would be cancelling my order and using another company. Now I have to wait for you to provide me with a refund which is just a lot of hassle for nothing. I DO NOT recommend Modernistic and will not use them in the future!

Description of Work: Excellent job cleaning our ducts. The service took about 1.5 hours. They provided a before and after look at the ducts and it was night and day. The also left serivce holes that can be removed if we ever wanted to do more duct cleaning in the future. |
