Description of Work: Amazing and very professional service. Worth every penny! The air quality in my house has improved drastically. My child's allergies have improved. They even made me aware of potential mold growth in my basement which I got taken care of early enough that it was not expensive. I would not have caught it early if it wasn't for the modernistic technicians. They offered many recommendations to improve air quality and did a very diligent job at cleaning my air ducts! I would not recommend anyone else for an air duct cleaning. Thanks so much!

Description of Work: I have just moved into a 1940 condo and had a dead critter in one of my heating ducts. The guys from Modernistic attempted to find it, but had no luck. But they thoroughly cleaned out my ductwork (and showed me before and after pictures) and sanitized the system. No more dead critter smell! They were punctual, knowledgeable, friendly and (mostly) cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely call them again. The only problem I have had is that I am still finding bits of metal on my floors from the power-blast they used for the cleaning, but that may be due to my old ductwork.
