Description of Work: We had Modernistic do a full duct cleaning on a 10 year old home when we just purchased it. The previous owners had a cat and we have cat allergies. The crew was clean and professional. They placed a camera in the ducts to show me the before and after results. The ducts had a fair amount of debris in them. They drill into your duct work throughout the basement. This was the only surprise of the process to me, I didn't understand this. They plugged all the holes with rubber gaskets. After they were done, the final camera inspection showed clean ducts. Seemed like a good service.

Description of Work: We were happy with the service from Modernistic on carpet cleaning. They are good to deal with over the phone and in person. We cleaned some carpets as we readied our condo for sale. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I was going to use Modernistic to clean my ductwork in my new house but after they did the inspection, they were so honest that they told me that the ductwork had been cleaned recently. I appreciated that since the cost to do the house would have been close to $800.

Description of Work: They cleaned the carpeting for the whole house and did a fantastic job. I had another carpet cleaning company come in and they said the hallway had ground in dirt and he couldn't clean it. Modernistic was able to clean the area with no problem.

Description of Work: They cut holes in the main air ducts, attached hoses from their truck and vacuumed out 36 years of dust, dirt, dog hair, etc. when finished we could read the brand names printed on the inside of the ducts. Also cleaned heat ducts and returns in the room, and washed the registers. Very professional, very quick. No problems.
