Description of Work: The carpet was hastily cleaned in some areas, and spots were missed. I called and they are coming out to redo the missed spots. The customer service is top notch.

Description of Work: Cleaning technician showed up significantly late (2+hrs) and then proceeded to try and get out of the job. Our house is 3 years old and the carpets have not been cleaned, we have a dog, and this guy was telling my wife "your carpets don't need to be cleaned". Well it was near the end of the day when he finally showed up so one could surmise why he would say this. Needless to say he rushed the job, left the carpets soaked (they claim they will be nearly dry when done), and when they finally dried the high traffic areas looked no better than before he came. I would not use this service again.

Description of Work: The guys showed up 2 hours late for the target window. After 1 hour late I had to call them. Was never shown the video inspection before the work started. I have kid with alergies and I noticed when they started blowing out the ducts they did not cover any of the vents down the run so I had to get syran wrap to cover. I had to follow the guys around and constantly tell them to redo areas. I could go on and on. Not good. The supervisor was the only one that was apologetic.
