The work turned out to be very good. They were on time They were thorough, quick and did what they said they would do. They were really good.

They were early and were very friendly. They did a very good job.

It went fairly well. I called to verify the appointment and the receptionist quoted me for all 5 rooms. When they got here, they wanted to charge me for extra ScotchGuard – which was a different price than I was quoted. The service guys were timely and we worked well together. They were careful with my furniture. I did have to call about the quote that I had received before. We did get the issue resolved.

They gentlemen that did the work were prompt, professional and efficient. Our carpets and couch look fantastic. Couldn't believe the difference. Will call them again.

I recently purchased a new home in Macomb Township and wanted to quickly have the house thoroughly cleaned prior to moving in. I found Modernistic on Angie's list and they were rated very highly. I had them conduct furnace, air duct, vents, dryer vent, carpet and upholstery cleaning. They were able to get me in for last minute appointments prior to a holiday weekend (Labor Day) and performed all the services I had requested along my requested timeline. Everything turned out great: vents and ducts were visibly cleaner, all stains came out of the carpets (especially the basement stairs carpet) and the upholstery all came back to life after a good cleaning. I would recommend services from Modernistic to others. You may be able to find these services cheaper however you're paying for the responsiveness and the overhead associated with the additional staff needed to run a responsive and customer oriented company.

It turned out good. The carpets looked good. I work nights and that was in April, I don't remember everything but I was pleased with their work.

Excellent, the two that came to my house were very professional, neat, careful with my paint/moldings. I was very, very impressed. Picked because of reviews on Angie's list and will be using again in the future for sure.

The team from Modernistic were quite friendly and went about their work in a professional manner. The ducts in this house hadn't been cleaned for a very long time (we had just bought the house so we don't know how long it had actually been) and they were incredibly full of dirt, dust, and pet hair. They worked hard to get it all out and when they showed me the end result, my ducts looked great. As testament to their thoroughness, the large return duct leading to the filter was FILLED with stuff and they not only noticed but got it all out. I can only assume that in catching that, they boosted the efficiency of the furnace while also making sure that the quality of the air in the house was as improved as possible.

The two young men that provided the service were punctual, friendly and very thorough. They showed me individual pictures and a video feed both before and after, and explained the whole process. They cleaned the vents more thoroughly than I knew to expect and engaged in very polite conversation. I was pleasantly surprised with how friendly and professional they were. And the cleaner they used had a very nice scent.

Excellent service by professional young men. They came in, explained what would happen, looked at the furnace and all the air vents, then went to work. They were done in a little less than an hour. Outstanding. The price is high and I was easily able to find other companies that could perform the same service for less, but they were not as responsive. Instead of waiting 2 or more weeks% I felt better about having someone come in 2 days based on personal reasons (just moved in, wife is 9 months pregnant, etc).

There was no problem. They were on time and quick. They showed me the footage so I could see before and after. It went well.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it went fine. This was not the first time for me to use them.

I had pretty much decided to replace the carpet until Eric came in and cleaned and removed some nasty stains. I am delighted!

Provider was very professional, arrived when he said he would, and was careful with my floors. The service provider took time to consult with me before he started his work and presented the options. He did not try to sell me something I did not need. He was fast and efficient. I was very happy with the entire company from start to finish.

They were prompt, polite and did an excellent job. Definitely would use them again!!!!

It went great. I added a scratch guarding or something like that and they accidentally miss quoted me the price but when they got here, they added a little more to it, which was the only part I didn’t enjoy. As far as the work went, it was good.

It was just fine. The technician was very professional and handled everything that we needed him to take care of with professionalism. I had him do extra carpets because the big deal didn’t cover all the carpets and I needed some additional work. He did a nice job with the stains on the carpets. The price was pretty good with the Angie’s List coupon. He was right on time.

It was excellent. They came out 2 days after I called them and did the job right away.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon from them. It was good. There were no additional charges other than what I paid for the coupon.

Carpets were very badly soiled following my daughter living in the home briefly while trying to train a puppy. I am getting the house ready for sale and was trying to decide if I would need to replace the carpet, which may not be to a buyers taste, or to see if it would clean up well enough to freshen up the house and let buyers replace with something of their choosing. Modernistic crew did a fantastic job. Almost all of the stains came out and the oder is gone. The dirty carpet is no longer the first thing you see when you walk into one of the of the rooms!

Moving into a new home has been challenging, but Modernistic Cleaning took care of it all! From the initial phone call to the company to each of the 3 service technicians that came to our home, everyone was professional, courteous and eager to answer my questions. The services they provided were excellent. Each service call was prompt and the crew worked hard and thoroughly to get the jobs done. I was impressed with their work ethic and the end results!

I was impressed by the service provided by Modernistic and was very satisfied with their service and the end result. Right from taking the order on the phone and scheduling by Samantha to the crew (Mark and Robert), they did an outstanding job. As promised, Mark called in the morning and gave me a window of 1 pm to 4 pm and they showed up at 3.55 pm. They did call at 3 pm to let us know that they will arrive by 4 pm. They went over what needed to be done and set about to do the job. They took good care to protect doorways so it didn't scuff when dragging the hose. Mark and Robert wore booties to protect the floor while walking around. They removed most of the dark stains including some that were caused by black grease! They did not try to get more money out of me (as most do in this industry!) for removing stains, pre-treating heavy traffic areas etc. They even cleaned my walk-in closets in lieu of the 4th bedroom (I have only 3). The job took about 90 minutes and they left after leaving care instructions. Will certainly refer them to friends and use again

They arrived within the 2 hr. window they gave us. I bought the coupon from Angie's List and upon scheduling reviewed with the operator what I needed done. She told me it would be an additional $40. When the "guys" got here they schlepped in all their equipment connected to the truck and then the truck broke. They loaded everything back up and said they'd be back in about an hour. They didn't show up for a couple hour or so. Okay, so now we've spent a good part of the day involved with this and then they told us it would be $55 more. So now we've spent $95 more than the coupon. My husband paid the guys and they left. My rugs are soaking wet! My husband called the company and they said, "if it's still soaked tomorrow, call them back." By the way, they left equipment here and we informed the operator that it would be left at our front door. Did they come to pick it up..."No!" I knew the rugs would be damp. but not wet...I slipped on bathroom floor after walking through bedroom! I would NEVER USE this company for anything again. Sure, trucks break, that was unfortunate, all the rest including the price was terrible!!!!!

I wasn't really that happy with Modernistic Cleaning. They used a steam cleaner. They were in and out. It didn't take them that long. To me, it didn't look that good afterwards. Really, it looks like it hasn't even been done. It also took a long time to dry because it was very wet. I've had it done with another company and they did a much better job, because they used a brush type thing and the carpet was just barely damp, when they finished. Modernistic put Scotchgard on it too, but it just doesn't look that great. The guys were okay. I had my master suite, which there's a dressing area there, with two walk-in closets. The bathroom is also carpeted. I had the great room. I had dining room converted into like a den that had carpet. I had my office and my stairs, which are carpeted in upholstery carpet, where it's tucked under. So I have a lot of carpeting. A couple of times, I said, "Are you done with that?" and they said they were. I thought they knew what they were doing. They were a little late, but they did call. They got with me quickly to make the appointment. It was early afternoon and they told they had done five houses already that day, so it's kind of like "the more we can do, the better" because they're making more money.

They were polite. Came when expected. The job took about twenty minutes. I was pleased with the results.
