Excellent results; very professional!

The guys arrived right on time, explained everything they were going to do. I had a few extra vents and we got the cost set right away. House needs to be pretty wide open with the big vacuum going out the front door and at one point I couldn't find my cat. They offered to stop, shut it down and help me find her. Immediately found her in one of her hiding spaces, but thought their offer of concern was outstanding!! Regarding the service, it's the best money I've spend on this house since I've moved in. Dust stringies and vent stringies almost entirely gone, which tells me my air quality is better. Professionalism and results A++.

It went good... We did add a small sofa cleaning on the day of the cleaning. The price quoted from the carpet technician was really high so I called the company to make sure. They adjusted the price, which was reasonable. It did seem like the carpet tech and the customer service person (using my phone) had a long conversation, which was a little uncomfortable. Regarding the cleaning, I had some trouble spots in some doorways, they pretreated the areas and tried but couldn't fully remove the slight discoloration. It did fade the area but I was expecting it to be much better. Cant fully blame the service.. my expectations my have been too high. As a whole Modernistic did a good job. They're very corporate as far as the feeling I got, from scheduling to the service itself. Which some may like. I'm going to try another service next time. A smaller operation with a more personable touch.

Carpet good, good price. Disappointed in furniture cleaning (dining room chairs).......Seemed like poor effort / poor results

It went well. They are always good. They come in professional. I’ve used them before and never had a problem. I think they're reasonable.

Other than not being able to have the service completed, everything went well. I appreciate their honesty in pointing out what needed to be done. We have an older home, so it's not surprising to find something like this. If at some point in the future we take the recommended actions, I would consider looking them up again through Angie's List.

The service turned out great. When I called and set the appointment they told me what the coupon would cover and they did not give enough information over the phone as to how many ducts the service covered. When they came to our home they charged more for the service and they did go back and listen to the recorded initial call and they did work with the price as they found the discrepancy was not my fault. The service was great and they did a great job with the cleaning and the camera inspection. They cleaned carpet on top of the Big Deal. They did the carpet cleaning in five rooms. The carpets dried quickly after the work. They did in the end do an excellent job.

Service technicians arrived early, worked diligently, and did a good job overall.

The air duct cleaners from Modernistic arrived on time and were very professional. The service was conducted expediently. The air ducts were very clean after they finished (prior, there was a lot of dust attached to the sides of the ducts). The deal that I had purchased covered 10 vents, but the house had 18 vents. So I had to pay extra, but this was all clearly explained in the deal so there were no surprises. I was a bit taken aback, however, by how invasive a process air duct cleaning is in general. I'd never had it done before so I didn't realize that the process involved cutting a large hole in the two main ducts (for attaching the vacuum, later sealed with a metal plate) and drilling several smaller holes in the ducts (for inserting cleaning tools, later sealed with a plastic plug). The service good; I just wanted to fully explain what the service actually does, since it was a bit of a shock to me.

Was a little more money vs. different companies so I thought would get better results. Workers were very polite and courteous however I am not happy with the edges, could have done a better job with detail.

Modernistic CLeaning was very punctual. Their services were AWESOME! I have two dogs and a cat and believe me when I say they sure can leave stains on the carpets. Modernistic was able to lift the stains and my carpet looks like new. I would definitely use them again.

That turned out okay. I did have to pay more that what the Big Deal priced. The cost was due to having more vents. The vents are clean and it took them about 3.5 hours. I was not home when they did the work, but I did the scheduling and that worked out pretty well.

Provider performed a 'test' area under the refrigerator to see if we wanted him to proceed with cleaning the tile and grout floor. Unfortunately, his test area was larger than we needed. However despite the issue, in the end result worked out fine. My wife actually found a different sealer for the floor which was an improvement over Modernistic's sealer. Overall we are please with the experience with Modernistic. They answered all our questions.

The cleaning technician arrived on time and was very polite and professional. The cleaning job was good, but not superb - I think they pouch their techs to get in and out fairly quickly. There were some spots (particularly on the stairs) that did not get a good covering with the cleaning solution (awkward edges and corners) and some spots that were still quite damp when he was done. Overall the results were very good for the price, and I would definitely use them again, but I think the carpet could have been a cleaner, fluffier, and drier if he had spent more time on the job.

The woman on the phone was pleasant and professional. They set up the appointment the next day. Matt & Robert did the cleaning. Professionally dressed and very friendly. They were finished in one hour. Everything looked brand new. I would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone.

They were prompt, courteous, and efficient. The price was fair for the work done. I was very pleased with the overall experience, and would recommend them to others, and would call them for my own purposes if the need arises.

They showed uo promptly when they said they would, got right to it, did a good job and cleaned up nicely. Very timely and professional.

He's wonderful, fast, thorough, pleasant, very attentive to quality.

I ended up having no heat Saturay, Sunday, and Monday. When the heating guys got there on Saturday night, it turned out that the guys from Modernistic had broken the igniter off my furnace. $500 later for a service call, a repair call, and a part they did reimbursh me but I still did not have heat for 3 very very bitter days.

for the most part the carpet looked better. they are nice and polite and work quickly, but do a good job. the stains did not all come up from the carpet. and I cannot tell if the deodorant or scotch guard really do any good. I do not notice anything. They are miles better than Sears and not as good as Stanley Steamer. I had Stanley do the floors a year later and they got all the stains Modernistic could not get. Sears was a joke.

Two guys cam over, worked quick and did a good job. The only minor disappointment was the "camera", with which you suppose to see the before / after comparison of your ducts. I couldn't make out anything on the screen (and I work with digital images all day long!), it looked all confusing, kind of like an ultrasound scan. I wish they took time to explain in detail what exactly I was looking at, which they did very unclearly and fast.Otherwise there were no complaints.

Modernistic did a great job. Our house has had several flooding issues, and this is the third time we have used Modernistic. They always show up on time and the employees are very nice and professional. They explain the different services they offer and check in on the progress of your home daily.

Only problem was cleaner didn't know what we had agreed to and neither did my husband. I had discussed it all with the office before they came out. We didn't get the scotch guard we had paid for and they charged us for the visit again (I forgot to give my husband the payment coupon). It took forever to get my money back and the fee adjusted down to the price w/o scotch guard. It was frustrating all the calls. I finally calked Angies list and they took care of it.

They did an excellent job. Would use them again.
