Description of Work: The crew was right on time with the phone call 15 minutes prior to arrival. They put on the shoe protectors and took them off when were completely don. They showed me with the snake camera what was in my ducts before and after the service. It was hard to be hard to believe what i had in there. Overall, great service!

Description of Work: Modernistic was reasonably priced, and performed the air duct cleaning as advertised. I was impressed with the professionalism of the office staff and the technicians. I would definitely consider hiring Modernistic for other services in the future. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend this company to my friends and family.

Description of Work: We had our carpet cleaned by Modernistic. It is the first time it had been done in a number of years and we also had pet stains. When I called to make the appointment I explained the situation to the person and suggested they schedule extra time and I would pay. The person on the phone really did not listen, When the guys came they were very professional, had no info about spending more time to make sure everything was done well. They tried very h****** the pet stains and I appreciated that BUT due to their tight time schedule they missed a number of spots and just plain dirty areas. My carpet is probably 70% clean I really do not blame the guys doing the work, but more the one size fits all process. I will try a different firm next time

Description of Work: Modernistic arrived promptly and technicians were very friendly, helpful, efficient, and professional. They expertly cleaned a sofa and a large area rug. I was completely satisfied and will definitely call Modernistic in the future. Scheduling on line was great, too.

Description of Work: We had our tile floors and grout cleaned by this company and every part of the interaction was excellent. Service was prompt, they called ahead when they were close, and even arrived early. They were very professional and talked me through every part of the process, showing me the progress during their cleaning, so I could see a "before and after". Delivered above expected service, I will definitely be using them again. Please note that the cost I quoted is approximate. The work was done a couple of months ago, and I cannot recall the exact price.

Description of Work: Waited from 8am to 4pm and finally cancelled.....the company keep pushing the service mans arrival time back. The last estimated they gave us on time was from7-8pm. We were not to happy about taking time off of work and than have to cancel our evening plans. Additionally, we certainly did not want him starting our job after he already put in a 12 hour day . Went to another company.

Description of Work: Got 2 couches cleaned as well as the ceramic tile in 2 of the 3 bathrooms and downstairs carpet. Employee said that he had worked for the company for 13 years. He was very good, professional, on time. explained what he did and he also worked very hard. I lost the card of the young man, but he specifically was very good.

Description of Work: I had all the carpets cleaned in the whole house. In the 2 extra bedrooms I told them to just go in a little bit and he went in too far. I had a pretty expensive dust ruffle skirt on my round table and he got that soaked. It can only be dry cleaned. I then spoke with the owner and he stated to take it to the dry cleaners and that they will pay for it.
