Description of Work: price is approximate. I had 2 staircases, landings, 1 hallway and basement carpet cleaned. All carpets look and feel cleaner. My stair carpet was very stained. The technicians did their best. They couldn't remove all stains but carpet does look better. Everyone was polite and professional.

Description of Work: I had the tile and grout cleaned in my full bath. Amanda did the work and was both personable and great at her job. The problem came at the end. I had been told on the phone it would be $1.00 per square foot with a $75.00 minimum. It was questionable if my bath would even reach the minimum. Before I could pay there was difficulty getting on line with the company that facilitates credit card payment, this took about 10-15 minutes. Then when paying I was told there was an $11 travel fee. I indicated my displeasure as this had not been told me to when I called. Amanda was great and contacted her office immediately. She was told the office would call her back after the reviewed the recorded tapes of my calls. A few minutes later they called back and told Amanda to charge the $75, but to drop the fee...they had not been able to review the calls. While part of me understands a company can't always believe every claim made by a customer, I did not appreciate having to wait while they tried to review tapes...my time counts also and I had already waited as a result of their connection issue. All in all, it was about 1/2 an hour at the end of the visit spent working on paying. And I felt a bit like I was on trial...for the crazy sum of $11.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpeting in 2 rooms, hall and stairs and dry cleaned 5 pieces of furniture. Only concern was carpeting did not come as clean as I would have liked and dry cleaning didn't even seem as if any cleaners were applied to furniture.
